The PAD, Peter DeRosa Salon

What a great experience! Everyone at The PAD was extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is great and the salon environment was totally inviting.
On the real though, I’ve been a client of colorist Caroline Siniscalchi (Instagram carolinethecolorist) for years. She is a perfect addition to The PAD. She is pure MAGIC! Caroline is truly a master of her craft and can make anyone’s hair look absolutely amazing. Anyone looking to transform their hair should come see Caroline.

There are no words to describe how amazingly talented Peter is with hair. I’ve been going to him for years and he still amazes me every time no matter what I ask for! Not only is he talented, but also extremely knowledgeable, great listener to understand what you want, and honest with recommendations if/when needed. Going from 10 years of died black hair to now wanting to go lighter with highlights is not easy at all and I couldn’t trust anyone more than Peter! Sitting with him to discuss and decide a proper game plan for my wants, and with the fact that I have extremely fine hair, was much appreciated and I’m so glad on what we decided! My hair looks unbelievable and I can’t believe how shiny and healthy it still looks and feels! #heslikeamagician

Peter has been doing my hair for years now and he is hands down a freaking HAIR GENIUS!!!

Peter BRILLIANTLY fixed what someone at another salon had done that turned my beautiful blonde hair color into a dash into Target crying (praying you don't see anyone you know) to buy the darkest color of home hair dye so you can still go to work the next day level disaster... yep... it was that bad... and he fixed it!!!!!

I LOVE Peter and would travel to the ends of the earth if need be to have him do my hair!!!! That's how talented he is, and how much he ROCKS!!

On a side note.... all of the people who work at the salon are awesome and Peter truly has the most interesting clients... you never know what celebrity or fascinating person you will wind up chatting with in the next chair during your appointment!

I have been going to Peter for about four years now. Previously, I could not find anyone I trusted enough for my long, thick hair as no one else seemed to know what they were doing or how to cut my textured hair with its length and thickness. Thank goodness I was referred by someone to Peter and I’ve been coming ever since. Before finding him, I literally would get major anxiety for getting haircuts. Now, I come in and Peter knows exactly what to do and I just sit back and let him do his magic. He listens exactly to what I want and doesn’t do his own version of what I may or may not like, like some other places. I leave happy every single cut, whereas before, I’d literally left a couple places in tears. He’s seriously a godsend for me. I HIGHLY recommend The Pad and Peter!

I was in the Delray Beach area and needed a cut for an event along with my friend needing a blowout. I found The Pad Salon so I called to make an appointment with the front desk they were so friendly and accommodating. Peter end up cutting my hair that day. Now after having those talented hands in my hair I will never go anywhere else. His talent definitely trickles off on all his stylist because my friends hair looked amazing too.

All I have to say is that Peter DeRosa ROCKS! He seriously has amazing talent & this man took me from dark brown to blonde! Having lived in Toronto, NY & Philadelphia I have experience with high end talent and he seriously blew my mind! After moving to FL and trying to find a home for my hair (4 salons later...) I found this place and booked a consult. From the moment I got there, I loved the vibe, the people... everyone was chill and super nice/real. Peter knows his stuff and we had a great consult that gave me great confidence. I had so much fun the day that I got my hair done. All his staff are super nice, they offered me food and beverage repeatedly and made sure I was ok... Peter is super real, funny and truly caring. He even sent me home with a goodie bag! lol... I am so happy I found this place & I am so loving my hair! My mind was blown that he was able to take me from a dark warm brown, all the way to a rad blonde with no funky tones. I am so happy to finally have found my new hair home. This salon is EVERYTHING! LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I looove The PAD Salon. The owner Peter Derosa is the only one I trust with my hair. I used to travel three hours one way to see him and now luckily my commute is 40 mins each way. He also does celebrities - so makes sure to treat you like one !! He truly cares about the health of your hair and has helped mine grow longer and thicker

The stylist Christa is out of this world with what she can do with hair. I came in a golden, rooted blonde and walked out transformed into a white gray (EXACTLY what I wanted ) bombshell! I get so many compliments on my hair. I will always go to her. No turning back at this point. I highly recommend this salon and her to anyone who wants to transform their blonde hair. Having lived in both NY and LA and now residing in sunny South FL (yeah thanks witness relocation, not) I’ve learned a few things in life. One and most importantly, it is way too short, two always sit with your back to the wall and three, finding a great hair stylist especially here in South Florida is like trying to find Mother Teresa in a strip club, just saying. And personally, gambling on a new hairstylist is more nerve-wracking than being “sent for “.

Before finding Peter I went through more stylists than a Joey Bag O’Donuts goes through cannolis. One in particular was so bad I walked out looking like a tall, Sicilian version of Verne Troyer, uff Marone!!! And let me tell ya, I know a thing or two about a good stylist having had my hair done by Jose Eber and Frederic Fekkai. So when I say hands down Peter DeRosa is the best, rest assured he’s the best. He’s as good, if not better than those two and the countless others than have coiffed this do. You want a pixie, boom done! A bob, boom done! Extensions, boom done! Color that looks completely natural, double boom done! You name it, and if it’s possible with your hair, he’ll achieve it! The man is honest, a fantastic hairstylist and all-around good guy, plus he’s Italian not that I’m biased or anything.

Look, I might not be winning People magazine’s sexiest man award anytime soon but my hair; well that’s a shoe-in for an Oscar thanks to Peter. Trust me, do yourself and your mirror a favor and book an appointment with Peter today. You can thank me later. I’m off like a prom dress, bada bing!

Peter is a true Artisan. I fly from Denver to Del Ray just to get Sun-Kissed Balayage for a brunette. He is a true master stylist/colorist. I highly recommend PAD Salon.

Caroline Siniscalchi is a color artist. She has been doing my hair for a decade and knows her stuff. She knows the techniques to make what I have in my mind a reality. I always get tons of complements on my hair. Thank you Caroline! You rock!
