Harry's Continental Kitchens

Harry's Kitchen is a fantastic restaurant! I have been to thousands of restaurants. Although I have loved many, not one has turned me into a fan like Harry's has! The difference here is the culture. Harry's has employees who care. They have pride of ownership. They care about the customer! That is very hard to cultivate in today's society and he has achieved that. The food is amazing and consistent. I love the shrimp and grits, the steak frites, the greek salad, the pork chop is as tender as can be. The service above all and the atmosphere is quaint, cozy and extremely clean. He has a bartender that makes the best cocktails and is soooo creative! You will not be disappointed. He has a great selection of wine and pairs it with his features for the evening.
This is not a one man show, it is a family, a team, an army of the best in the business. Ask anyone of his employees about Harry and they all love him!

We are locals and love to eat here all times of day. Juan Carlos gives exceptional service and the food is always delicious. Bakery items made fresh daily. My fav is the carrot cake. We love eating outside.

We have only come here for breakfast, so this review is solely based on their breakfast. Everything we've ever gotten on the menu is outstanding and fresh! Breakfast cocktails and always spot on, every time. 🍸 The atmosphere is just so relaxing. Sitting outside in the warm Florida sun is always nice.

I ordered the Crab cake lunch and it was amazing! The crab cakes were huge, I was able to take half home for dinner. My server was great, I missed her name unfortunately. The atmosphere was beautiful. I definitely recommend this place!

What another amazing meal!!!! Once again Harry’s chef and waitstaff are impeccable! From the moment we walk in to the moment we leave we are treated like family. Each dish is prepared specifically to your wants and needs and every bite is perfection. If you haven’t been you need to try if you have and it’s been awhile stop in and see Harry, Hal, Lynn and the gang!!! You’ll be happy you did!!

Went here for Mother's day on Saturday. What a nice place. Inside is small but beautifully decorated & cozy. My best friend Chris treated me to brunch. They have outside seating as well. Our server told us they had 522 reservations for Mother's day. It's a restaurant you would visit often.

Harry's catered the rehearsal dinner and welcome party at the Mote Aquarium the night before my wedding. We had 100 people for dinner and 200 for the welcome party and it went off without a hitch. We received lots of compliments from the guests on the food and the friendliness of the staff. I met all of the staff before the event and was impressed as well. Harry's was also responsive and easy to work with during the planning stages. I wouldn't hesitate to use Harry's catering again.

Outstanding brunch! Impressively large range of breakfast items. The French toast and omelettes were wonderful. Heck, the banana bread that was part of the table service could have been it’s own course. Coffee was delicious too. Service was perfect. Unobtrusive but always around to refill waters and coffee and deal with every detail. So excited to return for dinner our next time on LBK.

Wonderful selection of items available. Stopped by on a Tuesday for lunch. The restaurant is small but decorated nicely. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. A great dining option on Longboat Key.

Dog friendly, friendly staff, very clean. Delicious meal options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Expect a fine meal from a quaint restaurant on the island with lovely outdoor seating. Very FRESH! Food is definitely worth spending the extra buck. Below is a picture of their fruit granola yogurt 🍓

Juan Carlos was our server and he was excellent. He explained all the specials and gave his recommendation. He was attentive and helpful and very personable. The food was outstanding. We had steak and lobster rigatoni. We love Harry’s and will be back.

Mediterranean salad was great but the tomatos and cucumbers were chopped up too small so we had to pick at them with our fork. Angelhair pasta with salmon was fantastic.
Oysters Rockefeller was the best we've ever had. Grouper is their specialty and it was tender and tasty. Love this place! Will come again

I would highly recommend the breakfast here at Harry's. For starters, a basket of homemade warm mini biscuits, banana nut bread, and jams were brought to the table. I had Shrimp and Grits, that were absolutely phenomenal! My husband had the Shrimp Benedict, saying it was the best he has ever had. Besides the food being great, our service was exceptional. My husband and I were celebrating our 37th Wedding Anniversary, and our server, Brooke, went above and beyond to make it special! She offered us a desert - on the house, bringing it to us with a very special anniversary presentation. Thank you again, Brooke!! After having such a great breakfast, we returned the next morning for more.

Luv luv luv the menu! My bf loves french food & he wants to go there everyday while we are staying in longboat key. My snapper with thai sweet & chilli was the yummiest, the seafood chopped salad was magnificent & pate was out of this world & also the duck was so yummy. They went out of their way for us. And if u r a coffee lover try the cold coffee

5 star food and service. Special place for foodies, don't miss it. Cute and a local landmark. Inside seating is comfortable and bright. Outdoor seating is also comfortable.

Don't get distracted by the setting, it is behind Harry's convenience store. Food is worth every penny. Each dish has its own magic. Special dishes include Shirred Eggs baked with asparagus, ham & hollandaise, lyonnais potatoes, pear salad, French omelet with brie and prosciutto.

Island Nights event! We had the wedge salad, fresh catch, and the steak special. Brooke provided amazing service and the food was so good. If you have not tried this place, you definitely should!
