Anna Maria Oyster Bar - Cortez

Cody, our waiter was amazing. I had 2 dozen raw oysters, conch fritters, blue crab stack. Maine live lobster steamed and a margarita. My wife had the blacke chicken breast over salad.

1st of all, great service‼ The oysters and seafood were great, the vibe is cool, "non seafood" items, pasta & ribeye were so so. Not bad, but sadly, just average. With that said, it's a nice spot and the oysters seemed to have been a hit!

Went in tonight and had dinner. Scott was our server and provided amazing customer service. Order a drink which I didn't much like and Scott and Manager Amy offered to make me something different without any complaints or even asking. In this day and age you don't find awesome customer service like this. This was our first time there and they have earned our future business.

The food was amazing, the atmosphere was wonderful, and our server, Kay, made everything that much better! She was attentive, helpful, friendly, and funny! The experience was all around fantastic! We had the oysters Rockefeller, garlic parmesan oysters, and tequila lime Cobia. We took key lime pie home with us because we were too full and thank goodness we did! Don't sleep on this pie! ALL DELICIOUS! WE CANNOT WAIT TO GO BACK! We are already planning our next picks. Thank you for an all around great dinner!

This is my second trip to this location. I can not express how awesome this place truly is. The Host/Hostess are always phenomenal, chatting you up and sitting you quickly.
Each sever, both visits were beyond compare! Sweet, friendly, attentive, and truly make the dining experience exceptional!
The seafood is fresh and delicious and the sandwiches are fantastic.

Visited here twice on our trip to the beach. Both the food and the service were excellent. The menu has a nice selection from seafood to ribs. We look forward to coming back.

We love this restaurant and even prefer it to the other location in Bradenton beach! Get the sautéed sea scallops! You’ll thank me for the recommendation! After you’re done eating hit the piano bar next door.

Our server yesterday was so friendly and attentive. We loved the fish and shrimp dishes. Cooks are very quick, so the food all arrived promptly.

My family has been coming here since they opened. When my husband and I would fly in and get in in the evening, this used to be our first stop. A drink an appetizer before heading back to unpack.

Great restaurant! Staff was excellent! Food was delicious, the only thing I didn’t like was the gumbo but otherwise, it was great! I loved that they gave my kids books to read. Would go back!

After experience a very welcoming staff and amazing meal, we inquired about their availability to serve a baseball team. They not only served the team the next day at a reserved time, but best meal the kids had the entire trip (their words)! Thank you for everything Andi and ALL staff!

Do yourself a favor and go to AMOB! Great atmosphere, eats and light drinks. The staff was super to our large group.

We have been coming here for years. This place is a staple for food. The food never disappoints. We recommend them to friends and family every year anytime they come. We also come here yearly ourselves. Overall, stellar food and atmosphere!

Our waitress, Rachael, was very friendly and good. Just the right amount of interaction. We had coconut shrimp and dipping sauce, which was not too spicy. The smoked fish dip was surprisingly good. The fish tacos had two generous pieces of fish in each one. Fries and slaw were great. One very small issue was that the fried fish batter came off the fish a little. Good point is it wasn't overly breaded. All in all, it was a very nice meal.

As vacationers it’s always hard to find gems like this! Oftentimes the restaurants that others rave about are nothing extraordinary, but this place is seriously awesome. Both the service and the food were incredible. The oysters were a generous size. As a seafood restaurant, I didn’t expect the ribs to be outstanding, but they were! And the cake was yummy too! If you’re in town as a tourist, definitely try them out.

I LOVE this place! This was our first and last meal site in Bradenton and should be yours as well. Great options for seafood and steaks, etc. Portions are big enough to share and all have plenty if you choose. The appetizer selection has something for everyone too. Make sure you are ready for a comfy, casual and enjoyable meal. The staff and management are wonderful. Ask for Kay or Stephanie if they are there.. they are super!

Delicious experience. It was our first time there, we got complimentary hush puppies for being first time visitors the service was very nice. The small bit menu was still a good portion size.

I only had oysters and I loved them! I tried the margarita and chimichurri. My husband had the seafood cobb. Delicious! Happy hr everyday 3-6pm.

Great atmosphere, service, and price for the quality of food. Highly recommend. Ginny and staff are absolutely delightful. Do yourself a favor and stop in at AMOB Cortez.

This may be our favorite restaurant that we've ate at on Anna Maria Island! I had the oyster stew and I make it fresh to order. I would highly recommend it!! And then I had a half a dozen oysters 3 Rockefeller & 3 tequila lime oh my goodness they are killer! My son got fish and chips with coleslaw The fish was cooked perfect to a golden brown! And the tartar sauce is made homemade! I will definitely be back!
