I had a great stay at the Hometown studios. I have been there for about 8 months with the company I work for. Staff and management are great any problem I had all I had to do was tell the front desk and they solved it. I would not hesitate to go back if ever needed. I will most definitely recommend this hotel to other construction companies. It’s perfect for people that are working out of town or traveling with Companies. The rates are fair and the rooms are cleaned frequently. You can get clean towels daily all you have to do is ask. The staff is very understanding and try to solve any issues if possible.

I’m still staying at the hometown suites and so far so good front desk will get you anything you need including fresh towels and toilet paper rolls , good rates also we been here for almost 9 months now and stil very pleased , front desk personnel including manager very nice greeting people

Ms. Mary and Darla at front desk extremely polite and helpful. Rooms very clean. Would highly recommend for an extended stay or just a weekend.

Mary is the best.
Her personality and her humor are simply amazing.
The hote was definitely better than the one I stayed at in Kansas city.

THERE ARE NO BUGS. That's the main thing. Thank goodness. The gentleman that checked is in last night was real nice. The room was clean. The floor in the hallway was clean. It's an overall welcoming feel.

A great location to stay and explore NWA. Good restaurants, a great family friendly city park nearby called Osage with food trucks too.
Hotel employees are kind and helpful. Some rooms with kitchenettes, non smoking and smoking. I enjoyed staying there.

They were very friendly there and helpful and good with kids the girl named Cindy was awesome she went out of her way to make sure that we had everything that we needed you need more people like her at that hotel and she deserves a raise

The rooms are reasonable, clean. I love that there was a full size refrigerator and a stove. . Met all my needs for a temporary stay, until we were able to get into our new house. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Darla. Always welcoming, friendly.

The rooms weren't very clean but they had the best shower you could imagine! We weren't bothered and everything was fine and safe but they could have done a better job cleaning the room for sure and I don't think our stove top worked. Decent location and the price wasn't too bad! I stayed there before and they were really good to me. The dog park is a little loud and there's always people outside drinking beer and kicking it so if that's your thing it could be a good place to say! Cops do patrol through there though. .

I happened to be stuck in the area for a day, and booked a room here. Now, first of all, the full kitchen is great, and the front desk has cookware and dishes for sale if you want to make your own food. Bed was comfy, hotel is pretty clean (decor is a bit faded, but that's how it goes), air conditioning works, and the windows do open to let in fresh air. Price was reasonable, and there's only a 25 dollar deposit if you're forced to pay cash.

However, by far the biggest positive for me was the people. They were friendly, helpful, and more than willing to help me with whatever I needed. Lissa helped me find a ride from the airport (their shuttle is down), suggested local food spots that deliver, and made sure I was well taken care of. My car wasn't supposed to be ready until 4 pm, and the morning manager graciously allowed me to stay an extra two hours beyond the 11 am checkout time, free of charge. Not many hotels will do that, and I was very thankful for it.

All in all, I had a great experience, and would highly recommend this place. Thanks Home Towne!

i definitely have to mention all the things that i liked here, first off its in a quiet place, very afforadable, suite look ( with kitchenette and full fridge, and that's a biggy), smiling and welcoming ladies at front desk. She even cared to walk up to me to find out if i was extending the next day stay each morning i continued there, she would visit me before check out time to ask me and that lifted off the burden to remember to check out each day. the place is visibly clean and well maintained. yea the phone didn't work and that wasn't a big deal cause service was right at my door step. fewer rooms and more care so no reason to complain. i liked how the maids left more trash bags hanging on sides of the bins, so i didn't have to ask them for it for a few days, many towels and fresh sheets were all comforting. there were other places before i here i walked in and did not feel the same way. i liked the fact i had a window out my room letting sunlight and have view of the parking lot. this is very close to high way yet hidden from the hurry burry and quiet. Also its something about all of this town i noticed that people and businesses go to bed by 10 pm and its so peaceful. there is a clean well maintained laundry area and to this Place's advantage and credit they are located in a area with lots of restaurants. Great place for first timers, students, interns and business people. It is 28 min proximate from NW Ark Reg Airport with car rental facility.

Our stay here has been great, employees here are so nice. The front desk lady and manager was very kind and helpful. It's has been hard being away from family and friends, In a strange area but staying here. It's been nice, and comfortable. So I want to say Thanks to the staff here at this hotel.

Now if you want total comfort, maybe not your cup of tea; but for traveling for work. A clean room, full kitchen in your room. (Minus plates, pots, and silverware, glasses.) Queen size bed, and a small counter table and chairs. I've stayed here twice now while working for a client remodeling thier home. It suits the purpose, clean and if you are staying more than a night there is also a coin/credit card, washers and dryers available for guests. It was quiet and during my work here will be the hotel of choice for myself and my crews coming from Tulsa Oklahoma. So hats off to the people running the place, and keeping it clean.

People are amazing great prices, rooms are clean and very nice, kitchen is amazing rooms are elegant and feels like home away from home. Pet friendly is the best part too! Very quiet as well! Love it here and will come back each time!

Left a hotel with a faulty alarm system and this hotel was clean, accommodating, and the staff were pleasant to work with. My only problem was with a guest who had an atrocious pet urine odor comimy down the hall.

Last room we rented was okay. It had a stinch However my wife and I still came back because we enjoyed ourselfs. This time around was a lot better and we amazingly enjoyed our relaxation my wife and I truely needed

3. Rooms are clean
4. Rooms have small kitchen with refrigerator
5. TV & Microwave

Thanks to the lady manager to allow me to park my vehicle for couple of days.
