Being new to the area, we were looking for quality outdoor furniture. We were met with a warm welcome and great information about who made their furniture. The prices were very competitive and well worth the price. They have a large selection of items in stock already so you can take home that day. They went out of there way to make us feel like a valued customer. We would recommend them without hesitation and will be buying from them again.

They have so many items in this store, there is literally something for everyone! I didn’t buy anything this time because I was there to take some photos, but the staff was SO friendly and the vibe was nice and relaxed!! Just in the short time I was there they made me feel so welcome and comfortable! I felt the need to leave a review for them because of how kind the owners and staff were, they gave me a beverage and a giant delicious muffin out of pure kindness! Even offered me some food if I was hungry-I really felt like a part of the family here!! Also, they have free coffee and snacks for customers while shopping which is a massive gesture of kindness in these hard times for everyone. It is so appreciated and did not go unnoticed! Wonderful staff who made sure we felt welcomed and answered all our questions. The furry staff was awesome too. I love supporting local small businesses and you can tell this business appreciates that. The business guarantees these products for 20 years, they deliver the products to your house, and they have SOOO many options to choose from whether it’s style, color, or movement of the chair (glider, rocker, swivel, etc). I also loved that the outdoor furniture is all made from recycled materials! Have recommended this place to a few people already given the experience.

I love my new poly furniture!! I shopped multiple places and styles and no one had a better price or quality. Most poly furniture has visible screws but these are beautifully crafted with all screws drilled from the bottom. I could not have asked for better customer service either. Mike and Cindy were willing to do anything in their power to make you happy with your purchase. My husband bought me a glider set for Christmas and I loved them but I changed my mind about the color once I got them... I sheepishly asked if I could exchange them knowing I was being a brat but I was told to bring them back and they would order me exactly what I wanted!!! No problem! You can't ask for more than that! It did take a couple months to come in but now I have exactly what I want! They also have the cutest gift items in the store :)

What a delightful place to shop and browse and get exceptional customer service. Cindy and Mike are wonderful and make your feel like family. We own a beach house in Buxton, NC, and Cindy and Mike have the very best selection and quality Poly furniture and we have looked and actually bought from another company before we found the Freckled Frog.. .we will definitely be buying any further Poly and even some great beach decorations from Cindy and Mike!

I highly recommend "The Freckled Frog " in Midlothian, Va. Great customer service and a great selection of outdoor furniture. We bought a table and chairs for our river house, we liked that so much, my wife saw another 2 piece set, but, they were out of stock,Cindy ordered the set, and I picked it up today ! Great people that will work with you to be sure you are completely satisfied .

We looked at several places for polywood outdoor furniture. The Freckled Frog is the #1 store by far... Incredible quality, huge amount of inventory (also colors) and unbelievable low prices. And then, there's the owners; WOW, what a joy it is to be spoiled by Mike & Cindy. They are very honest, humbling sincere, jump through the hoops accommodating, and just fun to be in there company. Together, they even delivered all of our furniture on a Sunday after we moved into our new home. What service!?!

We just picked up our two Rocking chair pieces of furniture from The Freckled Frog. They are perfect..exactly what we ordered! I am a business owner myself and am quite impressed on how we were treated by Cindy. On a crazy busy day, she guided through our selection process with patience and knowledge. I am an interior designer in Central VA. The Freckled Frog is my go to for outdoor furniture for myself & my clients. Their inventory selection is the largest I’ve seen of any VA/NC supplier. Their customer service is excellent! Their newest lines of wood grain poly are complete show stoppers. Whenever I stop in to check inventory for clients, I never leave their Midlothian location without loading up my vehicle with treasurers for myself as well. The Freckled Frog NEVER disappoints. I recommend it to all of my clients & anyone in the market for poly furniture & unique gifts.

The Freckled Frog is a hidden gem. This is owned and operated by a local couple who couldn't be more friendly and fun to talk to. They sell mainly poly furniture (for those not familiar - this is outdoor furniture made of really durable materials kind of like the composite decking idea - maintenance free). It's Amish made so it's really well-made and 20 year warranty stuff. I had been looking for somewhere locally to find swivel and glider adirondack style chairs for my dad's house and this is the place for that! If you want other styles or colors, they can order those but it can take up to 8 weeks so if you desperately need something now, choose in stock styles and colors. We put in an order because we wanted a specific color and do not mind the wait. They also sell garden flags and other gift items that are fun. Oh and the layout and style of the poly options is beautifully done. Thanks Freckled Frog!

I have been shopping at Speckled Frog for 3yrs, furnished my deck and patio and now my daughter’s just brought all her patio furniture there. I have never met a nicer more helpful couple then Cindy and Mike. When the table I ordered didn’t look good with the color I stained the deck, Cindy didn’t bat a eye about ordering me a new one in a color that matched. They strive to give outstanding customer service, and bend over backwards to make sure you love your purchases. I have taken end tables home to see which worked best. And returned the ones that didn’t work. feel like they treat there customers like family. As evidenced by all the 5 stars reviews. One disgruntled customer says more about the customer then the business. My recommendation is go in and see for yourself , one of the best business I’ve ever done business with family owned and operated.

If you you haven’t been to this shop you are in for a treat! Beautiful polywood furniture in every color you can imagine. Adirondack chairs, accent tables, swivel chairs..you name it! Also wonderful accessories and gifts for that hard to buy for friend or relative.

Absolutely love The Freckled Frog and their furniture. I have bought numerous items to go around the pool and every guest comments how nice the furniture is and how solid it is made. Cindy and Mike are always helpful and truthful when it comes to selection and delivery time. I would shop no where else when it comes to outdoor furniture!

The owners are just great and were so kind to let me change mind on color right after I bought my gliders. I have 2 beautiful lime green gliders that make me so happy when I look at my patio. Will post photos when I get patio set up. Will be back to buy more outdoor furniture because I have no shelter on my patios and this furniture will stand up to that. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Glad we found Freckled Frog. Product quality and warranty equal to or better than all we had looked at in the greater Richmond area. As for the prices, we stopped in just to look around and walked out with exactly what we were looking for at a fantastic price. They have a huge selection on hand. The salesman was very friendly and helpful. Great store and experience.
