We decided to give this place try while we were in town for a play. The atmosphere was a warm and cozy home like feel. Our waiter/server “TREY” was absolutely amazing! He was so helpful with food suggestions and the BEST service we have had in a long time! The food was phenomenal! We were with Santa and Mrs. Claus and they also give it 5 stars!

128 Pecan is a nice place to eat with good variety on the menu! The tomato bisque soup was awesome! We also had the hush puppies as an appetizer and those were really good. Trey was an excellent server and shared really cool and interesting stories. Ask him about the time Randy Travis visited 128 Pecan! We hope to return next time we’re in the area.

Me and my friends go here at least once a week and they have always been amazing! The food is always incredible and the service is outstanding! Truly a great experience and an incredible gem in Abingdon! We always ask for Trey, he’s amazing, funny, and always makes sure we have a great time! You can tell all the employees really care about their job and making sure you always feel welcome:) we appreciate you guys so much!!

Can't sat enough good things about this little gem. Food was so good! Comfortable atmosphere. Staff was so friendly. Jack, the owner spoke with us, Josh the bartender was informative and fun to speak with. Ali, our waitress was great as well. Definitely visiting again!

Amazing food. I highly recommend the salmon and cheesy grits! Yum! It was very clean. All the wait staff were incredibly friendly. We will definitely be back.

Excellent lunch at 128 Pecan today. The Pork Chop sandwich was very good and the Ceaser salad was perfect. Great portion sizes and a very inviting atmosphere.

We rode the Virginia creeper trail from Damascus to Abingdon. We were a little early so there was no shuttle service open when we were there so we had to turn around and ride back to Damascus. We were starving and found 128 Pecan just across the tracks from the end of the trail in Abingdon. They have bike parking! The smashed burger was amazing. The Cuban was excellent also. My husband and I got one of each and traded a half so we could try them both. The Parmesan fries are the way to go! It is a really cool place to go. I'll be back next time I'm up there. The staff was super nice and it was very clean.

Great food exceeded only by the excellent service!! Had the artichoke appetizer, fried green tomatoes, Caesar salad, and artichoke chicken. The highlights were the fantastic Caesar salad, and the artichoke chicken pasta! Our waiter was very friendly and attentive even though he was busy! The patio is a great option for me to feel safe.

The food was excellent, and our waiter, Trey, did an outstanding job recommending different dishes based on our questions. This was hands down a 5 star experience! The Chile salmon, Caesar salad, and brown butter cake were top notch. I would definitely eat here again.

My sister and I ate here two nights in a row! It felt like eating with family! Trey and Jack were so welcoming and attentive. Both meals were delicious! Fried fish, cheese grits and collards! Oh my!! I wish my town had a Jacks 128 Pecan!

We so enjoy the food here, the excellent service and a fun atmosphere as well. So reasonably priced and really great quality food. So wish they had a steak on the menu, but we can easily overlook that as anything else they serve is sublime, full of flavor, and the place is so warm and welcoming with an incredible staff. Highly recommend!

Checked out 128 Pecan online and the menu looked great so went in for a bite. Was quickly seated, waitress was friendly and prompt. Our order was taken and it wasn’t long before our meal had arrived. Deluxe cheese burger and a fried egg sandwich with fries. The food was well prepared and the portions were big. The food tasted great. The establishment was very clean and the staff were wearing masks. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely eat here again. Thanks for making our trip to Abington even better.

Wow! Totally blown away by this place. At outside on the porch in some beautiful weather. Had the golden calamari and Low country shrimp & andouilli sausage. Service was amazing and so helpful.

The food was delicious!!! I had the blackened salmon salad. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the seasoning was delicious. My daughter had the chicken tacos - equally delicious! Server was very sweet! Great little place!

Honestly, a really unique find for this part of the state. We went on a Saturday night, and at 5:30 there was already a 45 minute wait. The service was spotty, but it was really busy so I get it.
The food itself was crazy good. Their Caesar salad was really good, as was the pasta. Overall a good find!

Passed through town and decided to try this place based on reviews. It’s a cute, clean and cozy space. Service was excellent. Ordered lasagna and a Cuban sandwich- both were delicious! Save room for the Derby pie!

I have tried 128 Pecan once for takeout and once for dine-in. Both times were delicious. I really enjoyed the roasted cauliflower and jalapeño hush puppies, and my salmon was cooked perfectly. The staff is very kind personable. I will definitely be back!

Super nice staff and very talkative & attentive. THE place to go in Abingdon for a satisfying meal.
Unfortunately, we arrived, just a bit late for the fish special of the day (grouper) but we’re able to get salmon & snapper at our table - really great looking plates, and tasted great too.

Same issue for the Rueben - no sauerkraut, so I went with the Cuban, and the au jus was Worcestershire & mustard flavored - super tasty.

They do have a patio to seat 12-20 people, but not enough staff to handle that crowd.

Full bar with 6 beers on tap and assortment of wines & liquor.

ADA compliant restrooms & easy to get in, small step up at the entrance.

This was a pleasant surprise. Food was hot and delicious and the atmosphere was really nice. It had the feel of a family-owned place. The folks there did a great job serving.

Always top notch at 128 Pecan or "Jacks" as the locals like to call it. You can't go wrong with the drinks or jalapeño hush puppies...well, you really can't go wrong with anything there. Tonight, my husband got the Cuban and I got the low country pasta. Of course we got the hush puppies and I ordered my usual Moscow mule (because they are the best) and my husband got the honey ale from the local Wolf Hills Brewery. Again...we love this place and can't believe we are lucky enough to get to come here whenever we want.
