It’s rare to come across a Hair Colorist that is both professional and knowledgeable, yet someone who makes you feel like you’ re hangin’ out a friends house. I was lucky enough to have Shakira for my first time appointment at Madison Reed. She really took her time with me to understand what my hair goals were, and has continued to be the same professional, patient and friendly stylist at each appointment I’ve had with her since. Even when my color wasn’t exactly what I wanted at first, it was her compassion, understanding and effort that is what kept me coming back to Madison Reed. She really listens, never rushes the appointment, aims to please, and won’t stop until you’re happy with your hair. I recommend Shakira, if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about the end result, but also, who makes the journey enjoyable.

I have been several times and every time I have been lucky enough to have my highlights done by Shakira. She is the only one who can get my color just the way I like it. Her attention to detail is second to none. I can’t recommend Shakira or this location enough. I look like a million bucks!
