I highly recommend Skyview Family Medicine in Gainesville. The staff is kind and caring. Dr Bruce, NP Anne and Michelle take the time needed for treatment without the feeling of being rushed like other practices.

This has been my primary practice for several years now and I love Dr. Bruce and the staff here. They take the time to listen and get to know you as a person. Treatment plans are collaborative and thoughtful.

While I have been going to this practice for years, the past few months they have really gone above and beyond to help me get through some health issues I have been facing.

I have always been able to get in quickly for appointments, never had to wait to be seen past my appointment time, and am always in and out in no time!

Every employee who I have had the pleasure of meeting is extremely friendly, caring, and helpful. Anne Powell is wonderful and has always answered any questions or concerns promptly!

I changed practices about 5 years ago looking for a practice that didn’t rush me in and out the door. Skyview is that place! Anne always comes up with the best course of action for me. She’s light hearted, listens to your concerns, is incredibly knowledgeable and very supportive.

I have been looking for a new family practice doctor since giving birth ~5 months ago, and I decided to try Skyview Family Medicine after researching practices in the area. I called to make an appointment, and the receptionist I spoke with on the phone was very professional and courteous. Dr. Bruce was not taking new patients, so I made an appointment with NP Anne Powell. I was extremely impressed with the office, staff, and Anne herself. The front desk staff was pleasant and friendly, the nurse was very thorough as we discussed my medical history, and NP Anne spent a generous amount of time with me making sure to address all of my issues and concerns. I did not feel at all rushed, which was wonderful. I have absolutely no problem seeing a nurse practitioner as opposed to a doctor, and Anne seemingly has tons of experiential knowledge and was extremely friendly and approachable. I was looking for a practice that utilized some sort of online portal, and Skyview’s system is very easy to use. I was able to request medications online, and I love how easy it is to send a message to the office. Anne reached out promptly with the results of my bloodwork, which was done in the office during my appointment (very convenient!). The location is great, and the office is clean and modern. I can foresee being a patient as long as I live in the area, and I am so excited to have found such a great practice!

Dr Bruce and her staff are clearly outstanding in all regards from customer service to diagnostics and treatment. Would not go anywhere else!

Our entire family has been patients of Dr. Bruce's for over 8 years (even before she opened Skyview). We love her and the office staff! You won't find a better office or Doctor than this!

I have never met doctor Bruce but I had a great experience at her office with my personal doctor, who has since left to open her own office. The staff at her office has been incredibly helpful in assisting me with appointments, referrals, insurance problems, and prescriptions, and doing so with a competence and enthusiasm that I've not personally witnessed elsewhere. This office also offers patients the option to send and receive electronic messages via a service called "the portal," which has been extremely helpful for me. The physical office is in a nice, new, bright, building with a modern waiting area that is easy to access off I-66.

Meggie Keogh is a phenomenal Nurse practitioner
She is very professional, and her relatability makes it easier to talk to her. She truly cares about my well being, and any concern I may have had.

I was referred by a friend to this office. I am beyond happy with everything (care, staff, cleanliness, ect). The message system is awesome and I was able to follow up very easily with my care provider directly. I would highly recommend this office if you need to establish general care. All of my concerns were taken care of on my initial visit. When referring me to doctors multiple options were given, I personally appreciate this.

She spends time listening to my concerns and makes accurate and quick diagnoses and encourages my feedback. Dr. Bruce is also polished and constructive when relaying concerns. The office is modern and ambience is pleasantly comfortable plus the location is very convenient. I like using the patient portal, it is user friendly and convenient to relay messages and review lab results. Skyview Family Medicine is an excellent practice that is efficient and considerate.

The entire SkyView staff is very capable and efficient. They are very mindful of their patient's time and money. They want to stay informed and involved with treatments, even of it's outside of their office. Even their phlebotomist is one of the best in the biz! I feel like my family is in good hands with this group and I am very thankful.

Love Skyview! Dr. Bruce is great. And I had called a few weeks ago asking about health insurance coverage...and Lauren (the young lady who basically runs the show there!) just called me back b/c of something additional that she had just learned about my insurance. Totally proactive. Totally unexpected.
