Best LGS in Eau Claire, hands down, and the best I've ever been to, period. The environment is warm and inviting, the owner is friendly, knowledgable, helpful and cares about his customers. As a store it's incredibly well-stocked, fairly priced, clean, impeccably organized and easy to browse. I checked it out on a whim looking for some booster boxes after being burned and/or disappointed by other LGS' in the area and was blown away by this hidden gem and the level of care that must go into it. It's now the only LGS in the area that I'll be going to, and regularly. Keep up the great work, John; Undercity Games is as high as the bar can be set and you're doing something truly special for this community.

Cheapest prices on tcg products I've ever seen. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Awesome place. Just wish they carried Yu-Gi-Oh or One Piece tcg. Hope to see more products in the future!

The owner, John, was so nice. He helped me get some Disney Lorcana sets to play with my daughter when I couldn’t find them anywhere near where I live some 241 miles or 3 hours and 25 minutes away from his store. He saw a message I posted on Facebook, and reached out to me to make sure I was able to get the game shipped to me from Undercity Games. All the local game stores near me either didn’t have the game or were charging double or more than double. John didn’t price gouge me at all, and charged me the MSRP. What a stellar guy. Can’t wait to play the game with my daughter! 😀

Decided to have our son’s 14th birthday party here, and it was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. John and Cody hosted an AMAZING party for us. They personalized the party to perfectly fit my son and his friends. They taught the children how to battle Pokémon and each child got a new deck for the battle. Everyone had a great time!!!!! Thank you again John and Cody.

Undercity has quickly became our favorite place to get Pokémon cards. My husband and I have been enjoying playing Flesh and Blood there too. It's a very kind and welcoming space. If you're into collecting Magic, Pokémon and or Flesh and Blood cards you should really stop by!
