Jim and his crew are amazing. I have been going to them for years because I appreciate that they always do a thorough diagnostic and communicate throughout the process. I had an issue with my car and while trying to diagnose they found an unrelated issue that needed to be addressed more urgently but could be done while they were doing the original service. Jim called me everyday to give me an update and performed the repair fast and as inexpensive as possible. I recommend Banner Tire to all my friends and family.

Jim and his team are great! Very caring team, great turn around time, great service. He doesn’t cut corners gets the job right the first time. Jim actually cares and remembers the small talk. That’s huge..not just a customer to them.

Jim and his team replaced a broken coolant system connector. He also replaced a cracked rim on the rear wheel of my 2010 Corvette and while he was at it replaced the tire pressure sensors on all the wheels. Recently, I’ve had Jim source and replace front brake pads, no easy task since my car is 13 years old and OEM parts aren’t always readily available. Jim and his team always do high-quality, excellent work. I recommend Banner Car Care to all my friends.

Best shop in the area by far!!. I drive an old diesel with 300k miles and Jim is a big reason it has made it this far.

Very clear and concise on their diagnostics. I went for a couple of services, that I thought I needed and after they checked, to my surprise they told me I didn’t need some as the parts were still good. It was all up to me to decide if I wanted to replace those anyways. That is what I call been honest!!! I will continue to use their services when needed. If you haven’t given them a try, please do! I will recommend it to anyone.

This is my third visit with three different vehicles. I had a rear wheel bearing failure on one car and decided to replace both at the same time. Each time Jim and his team got me in quickly and completed the repairs same day (often within a few hours). It's hard to find a nice family owned, honest repair shop that is also a value compared to most other repair facilities. Big thumbs up!!

I trust Banner Car Care. Been going there for 5+ years. They are friendly, knowledgeable and provide quality service! When I had a major issue with my car, Banner looked to see if my car was still under manufacture warranty. It was, so they recommend that I take my car to the dealer, where an expensive repair job, was covered! This is the type of honest service that you get there. The owner Jim, takes the time to know you by name AND know your vehicles. I trust Banner and always take my vehicles there! 10+ rating!

Jim Banner and his daughter Savannah run an honest, competent mechanic shop. Came here for a tire issue, his mechanic thoroughly researched the issue, printed me out an explanation given by the manufacturer for what could be causing it, and didn't perform any unnecessary services. All the time Savannah would contact me and give me prompt updates as to the status of the work. No idea where these other negative reviews are coming from, the pricing here is extremely reasonable and competitive.

This is a fine business that has been around for 40 years , and came highly recommended from a long time resident. That said , my car was repaired promptly . Jim went over and above to show me the problem and explain what was needed to do things the right way .

I have a 2002 Ford TBird and Jim has kept it going. He's had to fabricate parts and borrow from other models. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I am adding to this review on March of 2023. Jim is still excellent! He is now taking care of my 2005 Porsche Cayenne SUV, which is a very challenging vehicle. I think he is doing a great job, not only fixing things, but telling me honestly what I should not fix when it's not worth it. In addition to providing first rate service, Jim is a very kind person.

A couple of years ago on my Camry:
Jim is excellent, honest and fair. I will continue to use his services and recommend him highly. I have a 2007 Camry that he provides excellent service on at reasonable prices.

Due to being new to Florida and several bad experiences with local auto repair shops taking advantage of us, we turned to Banner Car Care and Tire Center for our auto needs after a referral. We will never go to another garage again. You will not find another auto repair shop more friendly, honest and knowledgeable than Jim and the staff. I have since had all of our cars worked on there to include several of my daughters. We have not been disappointed with the service or the costs.
