We just love Urbana … always great crab cakes and thrift store finds.

We picked this place for a late lunch because we saw it was more crowded than other places we had passed, and thought that was a good sign. It turned out to be a very nice lunch, great service and even better, reasonable prices. My friend had fried trout which came with cole slaw , loads of fries and very large hush puppies, all for $10 which is about the cheapest we've seen lately. I had Bar-B-Que which was decent. The place has a very homey, small town feel which I love. The bathroom was very clean. If I visit Urbanna again, this is where I will eat.

Stopped here to eat lunch and have coffee...Best burger I have had in a very long time. Fries, coffee and prices were excellent toooo..will be back.

We saw the buffet advertised for New years on Facebook and decided that's what we were doing today. As always the food was so delicious 😋. My boys were fat and happy when we left. And for the record the tea did not need all that sugar my son put in it. He's just EXTRA🤣. Thank you all . Til next time . 😘 Xoxo

I like to support the local businesses in Urbanna but I was tempted to leave a one star review. 3/5 of our dishes had many small hairs in them. Someone needs to stop trimming their pubes in my food. I don’t understand how there could be that much hair. It was at the point where there was more hair than food. I must have found around 5-10 hairs in my food. Wouldn’t recommend if you don’t want to cough up a hairball.

Stopped in for lunch and had an enjoyable meal. Service was prompt, friendly, food arrived quickly, hot, fresh, delicious, exactly as requested. We weren't rushed, we felt welcomed and appreciated. Just what we needed; comfort food in a relaxing atmosphere.

Great food almost all the prices are reasonable

Amazing , they are one of the few restaurants I know that can do fried oysters perfectly( lightly golden brown and moist) toast a bun the right way (not burnt black) and has an overall speed to service without sacrificing quality. Not to mention the pricing is exceptionally fair ,not only the area but also the amount of food your getting.

As stated in another post - not fancy fare but, oh, so good! Soft shell crabs & oysters were excellent and crab soup was one of the better ones we've had. Service was excellent - waitress was cheerful and attentive but not hovering. A definite "Will return".

Lovely restaurant really should try it. I got the oyster stew and I've never had any better

Great local seafood and country classics. Simple delicious food and friendly staff.

The seafood is top notch. Scallops, shrimp, deviled crab, softshells in season, all killer. But don't sleep on the fried chicken, it's the best I've had anywhere. Salad bar and breakfast bar are a hit as well, especially with the kids. Prices are fair and service is friendly!

Virginia Street Cafe in Urbanna is a charming family owned restaurant with the absolute BEST softshell crabs you will ever put in your mouth! The breakfast buffet looks small when you first walk in, but it has absolutely everything you would want in a yummy Southern breakfast, I promise! The family who owns it is such a hard working, loving family and they truly appreciate their customers! ...and no, I am not related to them, haha, I just love this restaurant! When in Urbanna, come here to eat!

Wow. what a place tucked away in Urbana. Staying at nearby thousand trails campground. Ventured out and found this cafe. Very nice! Older building but that's part of the charm and experience.

Great service and food. Wider menu than you'd think. Philly cheese steak and clam strip meal we're great!

Enjoyed lunch today with family. Super yummy and friendly waitress! Prices were reasonable. Especially enjoyed sitting by the warm fireplace inside:)

Sunday night dinner. Food, oysters especially, were superb. Waiter very attentive, even gave my 7yo food from lunch menu as there's no children's menu. Definitely worth a visit.

Soft shell crab platter. Excellent. Service was good and friendly waitress. Nice local place.

Great home cooking with friendly staff and local town folks everyday customers. Family friendly. Weekend breakfast buffet is all you can eat. We'll be back.

When we are at the rivah we often go to Urbann. Virginia Street is always a great place. Great selection and its always good. The people are very welcoming pleasant. Very casual and a great place to take our grandchildren. We will be back often!

The people are really nice. The food was cooked fresh not like popped out the freezer and put in the microwave. Homey atmosphere.
