Marshall's Drug Store

This is one of my favorite Pharmacies in the whole country! Becky and her staff take care of every customer like they are family! And the food at the Soda Fountain: Awesome! We are taking an Autumn drive next month and driving 3 hours out of our way to grab a crabcake and breathe in the beauty of this small town that is a salute to days gone by!

Loved the meal we had with some friends at Marshall's Drug in Urbanna. Delicious, home-cooked style--served with a smile by some very friendly people. Excellent atmosphere--old soda fountain counter & stools!

The food counter has an incredible chef, really a chef, with different specials each day. Druggists are very knowledgeable and helpful. It is indeed a small town family store like in the 1940s. Love it. Don't miss it.

Fantastic neighborhood drug store. Great service. Well staffed with great people. So much better than the major chains.
It a shame COVID-19 killed the old time lunch counter.

AMAZING milkshakes with REAL Ingredients! I Saw Someone Order Something That Needed Lime Juice, The Worker Grabbed A Sack Of Limes, And Squeezed the flip out o' that thing with a juicer! AMAZING!!!

Love that they treat you like family. They know when the doctor has prescribed something that you don't want to pay for.

Always love the employees, food is great here, I always get my prescriptions here.

It is so nice to have a down home drug store where they know you and take care of everything so efficiently!

It's a down to earth type of place. You can sit, have a bite to eat while you wait for prescriptions to be filled.

Milkshake was awesome

I love the pharmacy, the pharmacists, and the tech with the cute tattoos. However, the man that works there is very rude, impatient, and condescending.

Food is good but the store is dirty.
