Kaiser Permanente Manassas Medical Center - Limited Services

I’ve been going myself and taking my children to pretty much all Kaiser centers. Mostly service is good occasionally not so good and sometimes exceptional.
I took my daughter for her blood work today and luckily Tigist was there to draw the blood. She was extremely gentle and kind as such that my daughter did not even feel the needle. She was politely caring on the conversation with my daughter and all of a sudden it was all over. Thank you Tigist.

Dr. Chae is amazing! I love how friendly she is. She knows exactly what to do and what to give me to help. She is amazing!!

When it comes to getting blood work done I will only go to Shanelle! I don’t feel a thing when she is drawing my blood! She kept me talking and laughing the whole time.

I am a nurse at a home health facility and Nurse Kelly and Nurse Mandy at Kaiser manassas have been so helpful and efficient in getting any and all documents back to me in a timely manner from Kaiser. We are in liaison with many doctor offices and nurses- and by far they have been the most helpful and great in helping us better care our patients as a team!!

Mandy the employee of the vaccine department did wonderful job, she helped me by accepting to let me in without appointment which was great help and she was so nice and kind. Also her coworker, I think his name was Tito, they both made it a great experience for me. I highly recommend them. Thank you, Rula.

Wendy, Cora and Dr. Borden got my daughter seen, out and antibiotics ordered the fastest I have ever encountered! Dr. Borden was so compassionate towards my daughter knowing she was anxious and uncomfortable. Thank you all!!!

Special shout out to Alan Fletcher at the reception desk. Every time we have been there he has been very professional and helpful. Whether it was helping expedite a response for approving PT for my mother or a host of other interactions, Alan always presents a warm, efficient face to the KP facility. Thank you Alan!

RN NORMA and staff member Valentina were extremely professional and very kind! Everytime you come to the manassas facility they are perfect! These two ladies went above to help me today! Outstanding employees these ladies are!

Mandy Mcalister was amazing! Very sweet, my shot didn't hurt a bit! And I want her to always be my nurse!!

I got my blood drawn by a sweet lady named Tiffany. She informed me she was a student and honestly I would have never known. Her stick was amazing and I didn’t feel a thing. Next blood drawn I will be requesting her even for my kids!!!

I’ve lost 9 lbs talking to my nutritionist and following her advice! I’m very pleased with the help I’ve received!

I had Tigist take do my bloodwork and usually it's a struggle to find my vein but it was easy and painless.

Marites and Mandy were both very friendly, attentive, and professional! Definitely recommend them as clinical staff!

Michelle is a rock star phlebotomist. She was gentle, quick and went the extra mile to get additional tests taken care of. Way to go Michelle at KP Labs in Manassas!

Allan is a great employee and always remembers people’s name by heart and always had smiles on his face and treats people admirably

My PCP, Dr. Chae is an amazing physician. She provides her patients with the care they need to live a healthy life. She listens to my concerns and has repeatedly provided the right actions to get my health back on track. I don't know what I would do without Kaiser and Dr. Chae.
