I was helped by Cecilia and she is so knowledgeable and helped me out tremendously. She helped me understand my new phone. Cecilia is just Awesome!!! It's amazing to get such great customer service!!!

I was in there today trying to transfer my daughters number from straight talk to Metro and something crazy happened and could not port and it made a mess of things for the Associate I was working with but she was amazing the whole time! She had to jump through a lot of hoops and she was very kind and courteous to me about it and stayed very professional with me and was just upbeat about the whole thing and because of that I will recommend everyone go to this Metro store. Her name was Chasity(sorry if misspelled) and she was one of the best, most professional employees I’ve ever dealt with at a phone store! Highly recommend this store!!!!!

Been try to get my son on his own line but no one knew what they were doing till I had to go to the store to get things straight but they of course they charge you for coming to the store so with that being said hopefully I got everything done correctly but we will see next month
