Day after the hurricane and was glad to have a donut and iced Matcha 🍵☺

Dunkin of Alachua catered breakfast for first responders and non-profit vendors at JBF's Safe KIDS Day this past weekend. We arrived at 7am for pick up and the food/boxes of joe were all packed up and ready to go! We even added an extra dozen doughnuts last second and they quickly put together a great variety. Thank you to the Dunkin of Alachua team for making a hectic morning run a little smoother.

10/26 at 2pm I received thee most PERFECT coffee. Shout out to the crew and I hope they keep this team.

My wife and I were passing through and we had a complicated order that we weren't sure would be possible. We wanted a kit kathy shake and frozen coffee with a turbo, then we were gonna combine them. The gentleman that made the drinks, whose name I forget now, Marques I believe, went above and beyond and even combined them in the larger cup for us. Excellent customer service and what a great drink!

"A" for effort. Staffing is tough these days, and retail, for employees, is hell post Covid. Staff was overwhelmed with breakfast rush and there was one girl I'd guess was in training, but they kept fighting the good fight to"keep America running" which I thought showed absolute grit and I truly commend. Keep it up, and what once felt like a capsizing boat will feel well balanced and efficient.

They were very fast with getting our order and love the Halloween themed doughnuts

The afternoon crew is about as nice as can be. They're so sweet to my 2 year old. He's always excited for his munchkins.

Went through drive thru and they were so nice, funny, professional and great service. Ordered donuts and two sandwiches. Was shocked how good the sandwiches were.

They usually do really really good at making my iced coffee I get there. I go there a lot too. Love this Dunkin. Savannah, a manager there is always so friendly and great at her job.

This is the BEST Dunkin hands down. 10 stars in my book. #SweetMeatButcherShop thanks you!

This was an enjoyable stop on our road trip with outdoor tables on a beautiful morning.
Made the coffee and breakfast better than eating indoors while we talked to the locals.
Staff were great, pleasant as other DDs have stopped at in FL, food and coffee prepared right and quickly.

Every time I come here, the staff is great! My biggest issue with this location is that I have a large vehicle and I cannot park except in the back and there is no rear entrance.

The people working the drive through are always nice.

This morning I asked the lady working the drive thru to help me create a drink like a "Mocha Nut" that I get at a coffee shop in St. Augustine Beach. She was very helpful and creative. It turned out very close and tasted fantastic!! Medium iced mocha with 3 pumps of mocha and 2 pumps of coconut. Add lite cream and bam. Yummy, goodness! Well done👏

Who doesn't like a good donut experience? Everybody knows Dunkin Donuts has the best and freshest donuts on this side of heaven!!! Not to mention the cappuccinos are off the chain!!! There's nothing like an afternoon snack to get you through the rest of the day!

I don't go to Dunkin donuts that often. But I just left and got 2 small ice codfees and the lady working at the drive-through name Roxanne was really nice and helpful definitely we'll be back again
