I visited the Dania Beach location today for an Xray. Very fast and efficient service and the receptionist was extremely nice. I was skeptical because of the reviews on here but my experience was not like that at all. I would 1000% recommend any of my fellow classmates to go here if they need anything done.

Great experience here. Everyone is extremely friendly! I was hoping to get some time off because ofy back injury. Buty companies workers comp policy makes it so they can't give work leave. It's up to the store to do that. But 10/10 would come here for a work related injury again!

I had a fast, efficient, pleasant experience. Relaxed environment that felt comfortable and everyone was very nice.

I'm giving it a 4 star because the m.a. that did my drug test was really nice. He even apologized for the water problem they had that put half of their lobby soaking wet in water. The receptionist was also nice. I called a few days before to check on the their times for drug test and the lady that answered was nice and gave me a great advice of coming in at 10 or it was gonna be a long wait. Sure enough she was right. Over all i was there for about 15 mins. There was already at least 20 people on the sign in sheet. She was so right to tell me to come in at 10 because no one was there.

This place takes too long to take care of the client and patient as well.

Waits times on par with purgatory. the staff are extremely friendly people, but there is 0 regard for your time. You will be here upwards of 2 1/2 hours. only come here if you're employer solely uses them for drug screening, try to talk them into accepting a test from somewhere else.

The website and their door say they open at 8:30am but they open whenever they want. Some days at 8:45am and others at 8:40am. They should get fined for making people wait because they’re late to arrive to their job. Then, they take forever for simple pre-employment drug tests. I don’t understand why it takes more than 1 hour to be seen when the person was the first to second one on the list. Terrible service. Non-apologetic, attitude and eye rolls. I’ll be sure not to use this place again. Very unprofessional!

Came in for my 3pm appointment. Wrote my name on the list. It is now 3:30 pm and they just now noticed I was on the list. After they skipped me, which I was skipped by someone who doesn’t have an appointment. This place unprofessional. The rug in the lobby has weird stains and holes in the dry wall. The staff doesn’t seem competent at all. Avoid this place.

I would not recommend anyone to go the occupational medicine Ctr of America located on Dania Beach, FL. The nurse / secretary called Jackie has a disgusting, rude, toxic, nasty behavior. When I tried to explain my pain, which she would not even let me finish talking. She walked out the room several times without allowing me to finish explaining my pain. To be even more disgusting and unprofessional, she went to the nurse practitioner and spoke foul about me to the nurse practitioner in a loud tone that I can hear from the examination room I was placed in. She is a perfect representation of a person who is a nurse just for the money and not for moral decency or pure heart. I would not recommend anyone to attend the Dania Beach location.

The customer service was very rude and didn’t even greet properly. Especially the lady at the front.

After waiting 35 minutes, I was informed the technician took lunch at 3 pm as my shift ends at 3:30 pm and having to urinate real bad I was skipped twice not sure if it was on purpose but I would recommend any other site besides this one.

Had an appointment at 3:30 PM. Arrived at 3:13 PM. Was seen at 7:32 PM.
The worst in patient and time management. Did not treat the condition that took me to their offices.

This place is horrible. Was sent here but, better off to just stay away. Dr.F wasn't helpful at all. Hope they get it together before more people are hurt.

3 hours and no attention yet! Terrible reception and all they have to say is that they are backed up. Never come to this center!

I would give less than one star if I could.
