We bought a living room set from Ashley furniture along with the Diamond Care furniture protection plan. Our recliner stopped working so we called Diamond care and they sent a young gentleman out and he fixed it on the spot. He had the part in his truck. Fantastic Service and easy to deal with.

Contacted Risk Assurance Partners after my pet urinated all over my seat cushions. They were extremely helpful and polite. They almost immediately sent someone over to clean my cushions and they were left spotless! Great team, I am glad I purchased the protection plan!

Great Customer Service, Reliable and Quick!!!! We purchased a couch from Ashley along with the extra plan. The couch was later stained by our toddler, I filed a claim and they were responsive in a timely manner.

Was skepital at first but after my chair broke they sent a guy out to look at it he had the lumber, nails and all the tools for the job in his truck. Good service!!

Honestly, I was expecting for this plan to be a scam but they have proved me wrong. I purchased a dining room set. My table ended up warping after my daughter spilled her juice. The warranty was able to help me with my table. I can honestly say you guys have great customer service and fast responses.

Ya mi sofá cama fue reparado. Estoy muy contenta.

Risk Assurance Partners, LLC DBA 5 Star Service or Platinum Warranty Services markets as a “premium” protection plan for Ashley Furniture.
However, in reality they do not provide a true service - rather customers seeking repair coverage are hassled until they give up on their claims. All products and services offered by this company are likely scams intended to prey on point-of-sale customers. Instead of one star, they should face prosecution or litigation.
Shameful.

"Diamond Care Plus" AKA "Platinum Warranty Services" AKA "Risk Assurance Partners" - these are Ashley Furniture's warranty services companies, but they definitely aren't fulfilling any services. I got the same runaround I see other reviews mentioning. Do NOT waste your money on this extra "protection." I filed a claim for the first time on a couch I purchased two and a half years ago, which is well within the parameters outlined in the contract, just to receive rude customer service the three times I had to call them, which ultimately ended with them denying my claim, citing a reason that I SPECIFICALLY told them was not the case. This "service" is a SCAM.

This is company is a scam. Their product is sold as "Premium Warranty Coverage" offered by furniture companies. Buyer beeare.

These people are 100% a scam. First, you can NEVER get a call back from them so don't expect it. I hope no one falls into their extended insurance trap because they will drag you laokg for 4 months and then continue not doing anything for you. Finding a lawyer now because their team is aweful.

Would give negative star. This company is a fraud and does not have any intentions of providing a warranty service. The supervisor stated “you need to make one small claim at a time. And if the claim repeats nothing will be covered because it’s a lifestyle issue”

If you are considering purchasing a protection plan from this company, don’t.
