The staff at Florida dental spa was amazing. They took their time and explained everything thoroughly , If you want the very best care possible for your family look no further. Hands down the best dentist office I have ever been to. They deserve more than a 5 star rating!

Dr. Gersten is a very meticulous dental physician who strives to achieve the best results for patients, especially my husband, which may not be too easy. Dr. Gersten does excellent work while doing the dental procedures. He is very precise at performing dental work. All of his staff are very kind and work very efficiently.

Gentle, yet thorough dental hygienist. Knowledgeable and patient doctor.

Fabulous Dental Office, Dr. Michael Gertsen filled a cavity filling that had fallen out when flossing. The service was fast and without any pain what so ever. The office staff are extremely professional. I have made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned by their Hygienist Jackie. My experience was 5 star!

Fantastic staff. Kimmi is the absolute best! She went above and beyond to help take care of my parents. Dr. M Gertsen made my parents feel absolutely at ease and met all of their needs. I enjoyed my time there. Everything went quick and effectively. Jacqueline was great at my cleaning and made my time worth while. A little hiccup at the front desk when I was checking out as I was about to be over charged about 30 dollars. But after correcting her, she made the adequate adjustments.

The best dentist that I’ve seen in South Florida by far. He is very competent as are those around him in the office.

I am a new patient of Dr Michael Gertsen. I am so happy that I found this practice as from the minute you walking the office your greeted with smiles from the whole office staff the what time was under 5 minutes. I met with Dr Gerston also very nice explained my needs and concerns just a great experience then after speaking with the doctor.i also had a cleaning the same day and that also was a great experience and she went over areas of concern and told me what I should be doing differently. I will start recommending this office to all my friends and family.

I was at my wit's end with Dentists then today, after leaving this office my faith was restored. They never made me feel shamed for not taking better care of my teeth. They had a great plan to start investing in my future dental work. They understood that I can't afford to spend a lot of money but will work with me and my budget. They have a great business. This office outshines all the others!!

Dr. Michael Gertsen is a very kind and compassionate doctor. He is calm and caring and a good listener too. I'm not mentioning professionalism because it goes without saying, but being sympathetic is very important in doctors, especially when patients are as anxious as I am. The doctor is always understanding. It means a lot to me, and I'm very grateful. Today I had a wisdom tooth extraction, and everything went so quickly and well.

I’m a new patient and am very impressed and grateful that Dr. Michael Gertsen was available to see me for the first time in his dental office on Labor Day afternoon on emergency basis due to my excruciating toothache. He took X-rays, cleaned the infection in my problematic tooth and prescribed an antibiotic to help with the infection and pain. He was very professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, he was there for me to do what he can to relieve my pain. I will certainly return to see him and will recommend him to all my family and friends.

A few days before leaving on a trip I had a toothache. Dr Gerstsen, who himself was ready to leave the office for a vacation, had me come right in and stayed late to see me. Very nice!

Dr Gersten and his staff are great. I had the process started for a tooth implant and it was a positive experience. They are so caring and gentle. Everything was explained well, and there was no pain. I’m sure the end product will be perfect.

Great dental office. The staff are friendly, inviting, accommodating and do great dental work.. Took my family after needing a new dentist closer to home. They give a detail report of charges so you are not surprised with the cost. Had a filling done and I couldn't be more happy with the outcome.. definitely recommend

I visited Dental Spa in December and Dr. Michael replaced several old tooth fillings that I’ve had since I was an adolescent. He was thorough in explaining and providing visual reference as to why the old fillings needed replacing. I felt very comfortable in his hands and feel he did a great job. All of the staff at Dental Spa were cordial and profesional. I highly recommend.

Always, Doctor Michael and Kimmy took great care of me. I love that he would call me after hours to follow up with me after I've had anything major done in his office. Truly a very concern care provider. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a long-term dental provider that will treat you like family

Never before have I been to a dentist where they could pull off putting three new crowns in one day. FL Dental Spa has invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in the latest equipment and it shows. Dr. Michael gersten work was impeccable and my teeth look amazing. I must say that his staff is also super friendly and communicative. When I got home hours later the doctor actually called me to see how I was doing. That has never happened before with a dentist.

What a pleasure it is to work with this dentist.
The staff is super friendly they are all very knowledgeable.
They are very tech savvy so from the text scheduling alerts to the vertical standing X-ray machine.

Dr Gertsen is the finest dentist that I have had the pleasure of working with in 50 years.
