Great experience. Kiddy was awesome at keeping the breakfast area clean and stocked and she was very pleasant in the process. She was eager to help her clientele.

Also, Kristin at the front desk we also very helpful as we needed her to continuously get us hot water as we are tea drinkers and the hot water dispenser was out of order.

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was pretty good and had options, the staff was friendly. James, in particular, went out of his was to check-in on us! He was very friendly and gave us the time of day, as they say. We stayed over the winter so we didn’t use the pool or outdoor facilities, but I did appreciate the microwave and mini-fridge in the room. We appreciated the occasion being close to Publix, a gas station, restaurants, and the highway. My only notes would be to make the AC/Heater more user-friendly and the receptionists weren’t as nice as the rest of the crew. All in all, we would stay here again.

Rooms were great. Bed was comfortable and shower was nice. Good water volume. People couldn't have been better. Everyone had a super good attitude. Even other customers mentioned it. Location is perfect. Easy on and off interstate. Grocery and food are all within walking distance. Gas is right there also. Couldn't be better. And very quite also.

Very nice hotel. Probably the nicest HI Express I have stayed in. The grounds were beautiful with live oaks with Spanish moss. Hot tub and pool. The entire facility is very up to date.

Got a room just a few days before a Gators game. I think they definitely raise prices due to knowing that games bring in a lot of people. Its a great hotel, nice seating, decent breakfast, small parking lot for the amount of rooms they have. Its just far enough away from the stadium to not need ear plugs like some in Gainesville near the traffic.

Wow! What a great stay we had here. At first, I was a little worried because the room we had smelled of smoke, but Kristin at the front desk was amazing and found a different room for us as soon as we called about it that smelled wonderful!! The beds are comfortable and the pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature. Breakfast was great, with both hot and cold items to choose from, including a pancake maker and cinnamon rolls. We stayed to go float the Ichetucknee river, which was only 30 minutes away, so that worked out great. We usually stay at the Hampton, but I am not disappointed that we didn't this time. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again!

Great hotel: quiet, great amenities, comfortable, good view and location overall, good breakfast, and clean. Honestly an amazing experience. Even over Christmas Eve, the service was great! Krysten was amazing!

I was pleasantly surprised at this location. It's been years since I stayed at a Holiday Inn. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Games in the lobby. Nice gym equipment. I became a member to save some cash and get added benefits. I will definitely visit again. Clean. Modern. Affordable.

While moving into college, I had a really good time at this hotel. Great service an price, together with amazing breakfast service, where James greeted us and each of the guests during breakfast, making us feel home.

This place was super nice! Clean, quiet, spacious and friendly. I would stay here again for sure. Wasn't sure about staying here, as we tend to do more Hampton/Hilton, but this was equal to one of those. Probably the best Holiday Inn I've seen. Very pleased!

The beds were very comfortable. The staff was pleasant. Having pancakes for breakfast was a treat. The shower was good and we liked the indirect room lighting. We would stay here again. We had minor problems with the tv in the morning but once we unplugged it and plugged it in again it was fine.

We stayed 3 nights for a family wedding, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel is clean, spacious, and comfortable. All of the staff we encountered were great, but especially Logan at the front desk. He worked so hard to make sure every minute of our celebration was perfect! Thank you all so much for helping make this a memorable weekend!

Nice, modern hotel. Everything seems to be new. Beds are firm, but comfortable. Well-maintained breakfast with quality food.The breakfast attendant kept everything well-stocked and clean. Front desk staff was friendly. Good experience.

I cant think of anything negative to say about our stay here. We stayed for only a night while visiting some springs in the area. We were checked in by the sweetest young lady, and the rest of the staff we interacted with were just as friendly. The hotel was clean, as was our room. The outdoor patio and pool area was comfortable and clean and made for a great evening. The breakfast was kept well stocked and delicious. And maybe my favorite part was the fresh coffee always available in the lobby. Haha. We would definitely stay here again! We left saying, "that was a great hotel!" It was a little pricier than the others nearby, but we'll worth it.

My husband and I were treated like family during our stay. We moved to Florida during the summer and stayed at this hotel until our rental property was prepared for us. We are grateful for the friendly staff and also to Kitty in the kitchen for the warm breakfast she prepared every morning. Thank you!

I have not stayed at this hotel but still feel the need to write a review. When I thought I and my mother would need to evacuate during hurricane Ian I called to reserve a room. The young lady I spoke to on the phone was very kind and extremely helpful. I have an 87 year old mother and 3 pets. I was told they would wave the fee for my pets and all were welcome there. It turned out we did not need to evacuate so I called to cancel my reservation, again they were very kind and helpful. They did not charge me a cancellation fee. I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness during my dealings with this company. I would not hesitate to call upon them again if the need arised. I hope their manager is appreciative of their employees. It is very difficult these days to find a business that actually treats you with respect and kindness. So a very big thank you for your help and kindness.

Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. Lobby and rooms were clean and well maintained. We stopped here before making our way farther south and it was conveniently located.
