Awful experience! All we needed was a house deed changed to our name. We gave them the papers in 2019. It took till 2021 for them to type the new papers. (THEY SPELLED OUR NAME WRONG) Then it took another year for them to fix it. It's now Dec 2022 and they say that they submitted it to the city (which I don't believe) They said the city has a year to fix our name. So 4-5 years for something that should've taken less then 6 months. Also, the lady in the back was EXTREMELY rude every time we asked them what was going on.
