Glenn and his associate did a superior job. After we made the appointment we discovered two other areas that needed a top notch plumber. That was Glenn. He is very efficient and highly capable. Did a super job on the water heater and a rebuild on an upstairs toilet. Cannot say enough good things about this company and their people.

I had Glenn out today to take a look at a few issues and to install a new disposal. He took the time to listen and come up with a plan to address everything. The disposal was installed quickly and cleanly. Very happy to have found a reliable and trustworthy plumber. I'm looking forward to Glenn returning to tackle the other items.

Have used this company a couple of times. They are prompt, honest and do very good work. They are not the cheapest in town but I have been very satisfied and will use them again. Greg did my job this time and did a fantastic job.

I have been having trouble with my tankless water heater from the day I bought my home. Jared came out, was extremely knowledgeable about the unit I had and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem preventing my unit from working properly. He was on time, performed the work professionally and the price was very reasonable. I'm extremely happy with these guys and will certainly use them again for any plumbing issues. I also I'm going to start doing yearly maintenance with them as well. Thanks again!

I called , "South Florida Plumbing & Backflow " because I had a water leak in my house. Glenn came out and was able to locate and replace the leaking pipe in no time. He was so helpful , knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend this company!

We found this company through our water heater makers webpage. We had another company come out previously and who wouldn’t even look at the unit and sent us an estimate for nearly 5k. Zach came out and diagnosed a gas flow issue and told us what to tell the gas company and that our unit was sound. On time, very knowledgeable and we will use them again

I am not someone who typically posts reviews (this being only the 3rd time I’ve ever done so) but after calling South Florida Plumbing and Backflow for the first time today, I cannot say enough nice things about this company…not only does ‘‘Diane’ have a lovely personality, but actually sent me someone within an hour of our call! And ‘Zach’ could not have been any nicer or more professional…he knew right away the issue that I had with one of my toilets and fixed it right up. Now THAT’S what you call a great company! Joanie

We have been rescued by South Florida Plumbing and Backflow - after 6 months - no less than 5 plumbing companies - thousands of dollars spent - Jared and Glenn came on site and within minutes knew what was wrong , how to fix it, and made sure that when they left the instant hot water heater and recirculating pump system was operating as needed. Plumbing like everything else has technology - computers - with many integrations and options. Old school plumbing smarts can’t cut it anymore. But old school customer service by taking the time needed to do it right. They are amazing!

Diane and Glenn were very responsive to my request to fix a running toilet. He exceeded my expectation as he was here within the hour and fixed a recurring problem. Glenn wore shoe protectors and was very courteous and knowledgable. Jared and team are great!

They were amazing. Called in the morning my P trap had came off causing a small flood under my kitchen sink. They were able to get someone out to my house on the same day and the plumber who came out was great and fixed my issue.

I had the guys from South Florida Plumbing take care of some issues in my condo…kitchen pipes…toilets and hot water tank valve. Kyle is spot on…an experienced plumber. Eddie is an apprentice plumber that is learning the ropes from some of the best and does great work too. The owner Glenn, came out to deliver a part and ended up taking care of the hot water tank issue himself. With 41 years of plumbing experience…you couldn’t do better. More than that…these guys are good people. They earned my business today.

What a difference! In doing an extension on my house I installed an insta hot natural gas heater. Getting service was an instant problem as plumbers said they knew what they were doing and botched it up. Once the tech left the gas running and no hot water for 3days. Had to call the fire department to shut the gas down on a Saturday night. Called SF Plumbing today.Jared arrived when they said he would, in no time he had the problem sussed and fixed. He had some recommendations but no hard sell. My wife is having overseas family to visit so she is ecstatic. Happy wife, happy life!
