Rocking Waterfalls

We purchased our home almost 4 years ago knowing we had to redo the pool. After calling a few local companies, most of the reputable well known companies wouldn't touch the rock work and cave we have. So we did some research and found the company who did the pool and waterfall, rock and cave work 20 years ago. Rocking Waterfalls. We called Dan and he came out.

We were so lucky to meet Dan and experience the joy he shared in seeing a pool he did so long ago. He remembered how everything worked. He could tell where previous owners made modifications. Our pool equipment needed to be replaced, and the entire pool and rock work needed a facelift.

Dan was honest and fair with us from the beginning. We knew what we were getting into, he told us what might, or might not work, gave ideas and suggestions, and worked to make us happy. His crew was amazing, friendly, clean and we were comfortable having them in the backyard doing their work. And they were patient with all the little nit picky things I would ask them to fix or change.

We have a large tile sailfish on the bottom on our pool, made with tiles, and we wanted to save it when we did the diamondbrite. Dan's crew took their time to chisel the cement around it and it now looks like we just put it in. Very impressed with the process to save the sail fish.

Fast forward a few months and our old pool has had a facelift, new diamondbrite and the waterfalls, cave, spa all look beautiful and work. They actually work. All the bells and whistles work and we love going in the pool again and enjoy our backyard. Dan saved our pool, brought it back to life.

We loved meeting Dan, working with him and continue to communicate with him on new ideas for the backyard. Dan has been there to fix the pool pump motor recently when the brand new pump stopped working, or the gas line didn't work. I know I can call Dan and he will be there to help. We are so thankful we did our research and found the original builder to bring the pool back to life.

Dan did a great job on our waterfall. We had a minor issue which he addressed. Very happy with the outcome!

He does excellent work he is very reliable and dependable. On what he has a good insight on what to build and you will not be disappointed.

BEWARE! The concrete rocks are falling apart, I have been trying to get them to come back for over a year to fix this, Dan the owner now texted me " The Rock work is only guaranteed for one year" and wont fix it. My EXPENSIVE contract does NOT state the rock guarantee... BEWARE !!!
