Was referred by a friend to BlueFrog Plumbing to help with a pretty significant leak in our home. Performed a complicated repair rather quickly which was impressive. They are also helping us get reimbursed from our insurance company. Highly recommend these guys

He came to our house in a timely manner and was very honest. We did not have the problems that were addressed to him. Eric was honest and we appreciate it. That is good business ethics. Erik and Steve were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Fair and honest!! They showed up when they said they would and they didn't leave until the job was done. We had a slab leak and they did a complete re-pipe of our entire home. We would not hesitate to use again or to recommend to anyone. They did and are doing a few homes in the community and no complaints.

Eric came over and located the problem, letting us know what was going on every step of the way. He stopped the leak and gave us a day to think about which way we wanted to proceed in order to rectify the problem for good. We talked it over and called him back the next day. Gianni and Joey were sent over and fixed the issue quickly and quietly (while our twin toddlers were napping). I would recommend Blue Frog to anyone! Great customer service and fair pricing!

It’s the first time I had to deal with a plumbing emergency and I can’t stress enough how fortunate I was to work with blueFrog Plumbing Drain Fort Lauderdale. I had a major emergency on a weekday night and Erik and Nick were there to help me through this nightmare of a situation. They were diligent and extremely professional. Their pricing is very fair! Let me start off with saying Eric is the first plumber out of six (different companies)to come to my house and actually fix the problem. He walked me through everything he was doing, was upfront, and didn’t hide anything from me! By far the BEST experience I’ve ever had calling a plumber. Five stars all the way! Eric showed up on time. Very personable and very professional. I called because I thought I had a leak. He checked everywhere, there was no moisture anywhere. I told him to double check and remove part of the wall to check inside, he cut a perfect square so it could be replaced without any trouble. Fortunately, there wasn't a leak. He cleaned up after himself, vacuumed the dust and debris. Charged a very fair amount.

Erik and Nick were extremely professional from start to finish. They came in, assessed the problem. While I was out of town I trusted them with a key to my home, they came in, did what was needed. Cleaned everything up and fixed more than what was needed. It is hard to find professionals that are honest and get the job done. It is worth every penny to get the job done right the first time.

Very professional, friendly, honest and knowledgeable! Came home from work and had no hot water! Googled plumbers and they answered when I called after hours! Erik and Wenzel came that evening and replaced my water heater! Was very happy with them and have used them for other plumbing issues as well! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Eric was awesome. He came to my home on the weekend and was able to help us unclog our bathrooms. He didn’t only do what was required but he went above and beyond. As he did the work he educated us on what he was doing, what was needed, and what we needed to do in the future. Highly recommend him.

Eric has gone above and beyond to explain step by step where the leak is, what damage it caused (personally showed me the damage instead of just saying you have damage), and provided multiple options to fixing the problem. Great Experience! Great price! They came out right away and repaired my leaking shower faucet and replaced a main shutoff valve. They helped with insurance questions and put me in touch with multiple water restoration companies. I would call them again!
