I called the gas company that services my property (Pico) to fix a kinked and leaking appliance feed line. They were booked for over a month; however, they recommended Express Drain and Sewer. I was surprised they’d recommended d a drain cleaning service, but I gave them a call, and I have to say that I am delighted I did! Megan, who handles the calls, was extremely helpful in helping me explain the problem. She had me send pictures of the affected line to their account via mobile, which was very easy and valuable for the technician. Speaking of the technician, Jeury “Jerry” was phenomenal! He got stuck in traffic trying to get to my home and kept me appraised of the situation and the evolving ETA. Once he arrived, he was pleasant and knew his stuff. I had a great time chatting with him while he worked. I cannot give this company enough praise. If every person who works for Express Drain and Sewer is as friendly and professional as Megan and Jeury, they are well ahead of the game! Call them for all your drain, sewer, and gas needs!

From scheduling confirmation &follow up, to phone confirmation from technician half hour before service, there was constant & useful notification;technician showed up when promised, was not only polite and respectful but very knowledgeable & professional.
He gave full explanation of options available to repair the issue at hand, complete with advantages & related pricing. Once I decided & confirmed my choice, he proceeded with utmost expedience and professionalism, all the while ensuring that all safety procedures were taken, but also that no damage could result to my house.
Finished job to my satisfaction, cleaned job site and ensured everything was in proper working condition.
Do recommend this technician & this company for anybody who appreciates jobs well done!

The employee bathroom was clogged, well the closest one to my office in the second floor Lol ...... "Jerry" the plumber promised me I will have a working bathroom by the end of the day. Within 45 minutes!!!! "Jerry"was able to fixed the plumbing clog!!! I .wanted to thank Jerry for being so professional, friendly and kind and making a positive out of a not so good situation.
