Even though there is alot of people coming in and out of this location, the wait time is not bad, looks like they cleaned out the guys outside always bothering for work that’s a plus. Most of the times I come here they are always stocked. Very convenient and service is good. Specially on the pro desk. Thank you

Hey y'all here I am again with another review. I visited Home Depot yesterday and made a large purchase I enjoyed visiting and seeing everything new at Home Depot, however they need to pep up their staff 😣 to be more enthusiastic about helping their customers. after a great purchase yesterday I could not get anyone to help take my large item to the car, the attendant was very rude stated that he would get someone for me as I looked back into the store there he was talking and simply forgotten all about me,😣 I had to leave my large item go back inside the customer service and ask for help again. We need to remember that the most important thing about shopping is that we have good customer care and service with a smile😃😣. Good customer care will bring your customers back to you every time, even though Lowe's is GREAT place, if Home Depot wants to keep their customers they need to pep up their customers care, And make sure that they're their employees are available and our view to help their customers, when you have to walk around a large warehouse store like that looking for help you really don't want to shop😭. I hope not too many customers see this but I'm hoping also that the employees and supervisors of Home Depot will read this message. I did find all of my vegetables there yesterday for my gardening. Home Depot got to step up their game, because one thing about Lowe's 👏👏👏👏👏 they got it going on with customer care. Home Depot does have bathroom accessibility and wheelchair accessibility.

One of the hex nuts came off my walker. The young lady that helped me was very helpful. They didn't have the one that I needed, but she was able to temporarily fix it and write down the correct bolt that I needed.

Remade keys, done great fit lock reasonably priced, went to wally mart did 5 copies only 1 was good, only doing Home depot now

This Home Depot is located on Pembroke Road, its easy to locate. Must wear a mask. Clean store, helpful staff, good prices. Has a large selection of beautiful flowers to make your garden beautiful this spring. Purchased these beautiful flowers and this tomato plant while at the Home Depot Store. Visit your nearest Home Depot.

One of the few Home Depot stores you can get associates to help you... I've been in a lot of them and usually you lose 10 min looking for some help... there's not enough or they are hiding, but in this store, it took me less than a minute. And on top of that, they were eager to help... great store!!

I couldn't find a nice ceiling fan. But they have a good selection of efficient toilets. Broward County will give a $100 rebate.

Changed to 5 stars. I found a fan online and got free 2 day delivery. Having lots of 5 star reviews helped me to choose. I got my military discount applied automatically.

Home Depot is one of my favorite stores. I love gardening so when I'm there I always stop by the garden section. Sharing a few pictures.

Love the store and always had a good experience except for today 6/13/2023.

I had placed an order yesterday to be delivered today between 6AM and 8PM.

I got up early at 5:30 am and was outside moving my car when I got a text from ROADIE saying that they attempted delivery - which they did not. I was standing in my driveway when they said they were there.

Now I have to move a whole bunch of stuff around to reschedule my delivery.

Rosna is a rockstar she gave me good customer service,she didn't run from me she ran to me good customer service.

I love this place. My home away from home 🏡. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always has what I am looking for.
