I would like to comment on a favorable real estate experience and the broker/owner who made it happen.
Invictus Realty Group, and especially James Radyko aided in my purchase.
I lived out of state and was looking for property around Deerfield Beach Island.
Sometimes I was unable to timely view the property and "JR" within a day was able to provide me a video walkthru with his opinions as he walked through. We would then discuss each video on the phone. The times I was able to be present, he drove me around and clearly listened to my main priorities as we viewed properties.
I finally made an offer that was accepted and the seller and agent were both hard to work with. JR always looked out solely for my interest and saved me a loss of my deposit when the seller played games with dates and paperwork. The Title company confirmed the uncooperative seller actions.
Eventually I did make the purchase which included the 2 main priorities I had for a home.
He was also very helpful with referring me businesses that would help with either moving my furniture or car and local contractors for any possible work.
If you would like someone on your side who does not come from a large company, JR and his staff were excellent support in my purchase.

I highly recommend James Radyko with Invictus. He is very knowledgeable about the Florida real estate market and always goes above and beyond to make things happen. James helped me and my family with a several property sales and is our first choice for a realtor. He is very professional, responsive and very easy to work with.

We were pleasantly surprised with the level of professionalism and results we experienced dealing with Robert and his company. We tried selling our house with another "big name" agent/company in the area prior to meeting with Robert, and didn't have many showings or even one offer, needless to say we were pretty disappointed. We spoke with Robert and decided to re-list our house with him since he seemed to have a different style and way of doing business. Once the photos and video were done we went live with the listing and within days we had too many showings and received 3 full price offers, we ended up getting over our asking price and couldn't believe it.
