Val was very kind & answered all of my questions about purchasing a gift. Excellence in customer service is rare now a days and Val was the embodiment of what that should look like. Will definitely make this location of Le Labo my go to. Highly recommend stopping in

I got my Jasmin 17 from the Wynwood store. Everyone who works there are so knowledgeable and friendly. I loved that I could try different scents on my skin based on recommendation and see which one worked best for me. The scent is so unique it's just what I was looking for. I always get compliments on how amazing this perfume smells on me .

The girls in there were super sweet. definitely a feel good spot super helpful. Customer service so good you forget you paying X amount of money. On that note I bought another 13 and it super good.

I highly recommend visiting this location. It was my first time & Monica made me feel extremely welcome. She answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make me feel taken care of. I appreciate the efforts of her and the rest of the staff.

Yes! Yes! Yes! Must have, at least 1 time…tiny but easy to find spot with simple and creative design. The personnel was nice and attentive (a young men).
#1 for me and BF till now is Santal 33. Let me tell this smell is unisex ;) Yesterday added to my list The Matcha 26. So fresh 😌

I went in today to get a new bottle of my favorite fragrance Santal 33 and the employee with the beard was so kind to let me know about their refill program and the discount I would receive if I just refilled my old bottle over all great atmosphere will definitely be coming back soon.

I was getting ready to drive to Aventura mall to refill my Santal 33, so I went on Google Maps to see the kind of drive to expect, I was very happy to see that this Le Labo very close to home was open. Got my refill fast!

Great experience. I was helped by new sales associate sofia she was AMAZING so sweet and took the time to explain the scents to me. She helped me pick out my new favorite scent now. I will go back just to see her! She has an amazing energy!

Wow! I love these products. Smells like black tea. Amazing. I was able to try them at the EDITION hotel in Tampa. The body wash is my favorite.

Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable. Explained every scent and the notes. Helped me pick the best fragrance for me. Will be back soon to buy some more Fragances.

I absolutely LOVE Neroli 36 as my new everyday scent! The staff members working the day (Monica, Marc, Momo and Brigitta) were all so welcoming and knew exactly how to help me find what I was looking for. I know I'll be back to find my wedding fragrance here at Le Labo!

I am a fan of the product, and wanted to try some scents other than my current favorite, "another 13." The sales staff who assisted me was knowledgeable, friendly and never made me feel rushed. The store ended up being out of stock of the product I settled on, but my experience was so positive, I would absolutely return.

I had the best experience here, it was my first time there and the girl who helped me was Nicki. She was so polite, funny and beyond anything very helpful. She helped me find the perfect fragrance for what I was looking for in a cologne. I honestly will continue buying my cologne from here just based on service alone. And I know anything I get from Le Labo will smell amazing.
