Happy New Year Monday first time going there to get a ☕. I got the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Latte. The taste is good BUT lol I did not feel the cinnamon too much needed more cinnamon & strength of the coffee not strong enough. I’m a Latina girl so I drink cafe con Leche etc. All & all the SERVICE of both guys they were very polite I enjoyed making my order.

Great spot for a nice drink or coffee… i got the matcha latte with some rose foam on top and it was amazing! Best matcha latte I’ve had. The service was so nice they were so friendly and helpful! 10/10 would recommend.

Friendly staff. Only been a few times and they recognize me already. That is a staff that cares about their customers and pay attention. Food is great. Hope they continue to have success as they open more locations.

The drinks were good. They definitely pay attention to detail and make everything aesthetically pleasing! The shop was very cute.

What can I say? This place is great! The staff is friendly and welcoming. The food and drinks are amazing. I’ve been coming here for a bit and this is my place to go for coffee.

This is my favorite the seed location. The staff is awesome and always super friendly and welcoming. I love that this spot is chic but kid and dog friendly. The drinks are great, I always get the matcha half sweet with a shot of espresso and oat milk and it is always exceptional. Very chill place to have a great cup of coffee. A local favorite!

stop whatever you're doing right now and go to this place and try the matcha strawberry latte!!!!! whatever they put in it is mind blowing. also the coconut loaf is yummy, zucchini loaf warm and soft. service is pleasant. atmosphere 10/10.

stopped at a different location the day before, came here the next day because it was so good. definitely make a stop if you’re in town! we had spinach quiche, gluten free chocolate chip muffin, bagel bomb, cinnamon roll, and two pistachio lattes. guy working (manager maybe) was super hospitable and friendly! seems very happy to help us :)

Really excited about this additional location! The Seed is a long-standing and delicious coffee shop with teas, juice, and smoothies too. They also have pastries, quiche, and other food items.

It’s a great atmosphere with unique decor. This is the perfect coffee shop for a quick visit or to sit and work from your laptop while enjoying your drink.

Coffee was insane! So good and im picky! Even had Oatly, the best oat milk. Cakes were great too!😁

Consistently great coffee! Love the atmosphere (comfy seating, plants, juice station, pasteries and croissants, acai bowls, etc) Workers are always friendly and helpful. Love this spot to catch up with friends

This place is quite literally the best coffee shop I’ve ever been to. Their strawberry matcha has to be the most delicious drink I’ve ever had in my life- I would include it in my death row meal.

I recently had the pleasure of checking out the newest location of The Seed in Lighthouse Point, and it was a delight! This cute coffee shop is located in the Gateway Centre plaza which is just east of the intersection of Sample Road and US1, on the south side of Sample Road. The Seed has a great selection of coffee beverages, teas, seasonal drinks, smoothies, bowls, and baked goods (pastries, empanadas and quiches). They also have some other beverage options and FROPRO nut butter bars in the open-air cooler. I love what they did with the interiors, it has an industrial design with nautical vibes, that surely fits the laid-back lifestyle of South Florida. The Seed serves Counter Culture coffee, and while I was there I tried one of their seasonal drinks, the S’mores latte, it was delish! I also enjoyed trying an apple fritter and one of the empanadas to go along with it, very tasty. This is a great location for a coffee shop and they have a good amount of inside and outside seating. The service at other Seed locations has been fast and friendly in my experience, and this one was no different, I will definitely stop by when I’m in the area again, or if I need to meet up with a friend on this part of town. I wish The Seed the best success, and hope that the LHP locals find their way over to this new coffee shop.

My favorite coffee in town! Love this place and their service is top notch . They know what they are doing for sure. (Jonny is my favorite barista) Also they always have new and yummy combinations for coffee. DONT GO WITHOUT trying their Quiche . So delicious

This was my 1st time visiting the seed. I saw their post on IG for the strawberry and cream latte and was sold, I had to try it. The staff behind the counter were friendly, attentive, and very helpful. Atmosphere was a vibe as well. I will be returning to try strawberry matcha!

Love their açaí & pitaya bowls! Chaga drink, juices, & vegan bakery items. The staff is super friendly and it is a nice place for the digital entrepreneurs or just grab a bite with a friend.
