Hong Kong Buffet

Absolutely love everything about our little Chinese Buffet here in Neenah! Delicious and fresh food, cleanliness is always what it should be, and service is reliable. Speaking of service, this time I came in, Al, a gentleman that only started 3 weeks ago, provided the best service I've had EVER experienced by any server. I've always tipped, regardless of how I was treated, but had barely enough to cover my take out. Seeing me struggle, refused anything from me!! So, I'm paying it forward when I'm able of course. He started there to cover the owner's time while they are in holiday, but I PRAY I see him again!!!

Hubby and I celebrated my new employment and didn’t feel like cooking…too hot outside! So yesterday evening, he thought of Chinese.
We decided on Hong Kong Buffet and this new phone was able to somehow contact the restaurant and find out the wait time!

From the moment we stepped in, I fell in love again! The food is amazingly fresh and tastes homemade! The vegetable spring rolls…slap yo mama they are that good! Dim sum, I ate 6? Topped those with egg drop soup, ladle full of a soy sauce mixture and the spicy chili oil. The thing I liked best was that I didn’t feel like guzzling water afterward. The salt amount was perfect.

Staff are so attentive and give such amazing service and it shows in every detail! I loved that there were families gathered over great food. It made me miss our kids and can’t wait to gather this Christmas.

I have been eating here since I was 7 years old. The food is always good, the staff have always been friendly, and the prices are not bad for buffet. My favorite restaurant to go to by far.

I came once to get carry out and the food was delicious. I came back a second time with my parents and boyfriend. The food was still delicious! Highly recommend!!!

Great place to eat. Great service. When your plate is empty, they take it off your table really fast. Fast at refilling drinks. Extremely friendly workers. The food is great there. They have a very nice selection for everyone. You really need to give them a try. It's our favorite restaurant in the whole valley. ENJOY!!!

Great food decent price. Peanut butter chicken is to die for!! Staff is friendly and everything is clean. I definitely recommend people try this restaurant.

I always enjoy visiting Hong Kong Buffet and do so on the regular now. The staff are really friendly and attentive. Drinks are refilled and empty plates are taken away quickly. They have a wide selection of hot and cold foods, and even dessert! Plenty of seating for large groups too, or a cozy table for one or two. Lunch specials available and great prices for dinner too. I always look forward to my next visit here!

This is the closest chinese restaurant to where I work, walking distance within downtown Neenah. I love it here! Super great prices, and the staff are always super super nice. Sometimes they will even throw in a free bag of sugar donuts, which makes my day. :)

Great little buffet. The staff was very friendly. The food was fresh and the flavor was good. My water was always topped off and plates cleared off my table when I came back.

My husband and I are frequent flyers here. The food is consistently delicious, the waitstaff are easily the kindest, and the restaurant is clean & comfortable.

We will always recommend this place. If we could rate it higher than 5 stars out of 5, we totally would.

We went to this Hong Kong Buffet the first day we moved here from Northern Michigan, as we had one an hour away from us. We were expecting the same quality as that one. This one is sooo much better, the food was fresh, hot, and tasty. The selection on the buffets were amazing. Something for everyone. The staff greated us the second we stepped in the door and the two young lady's were so kind. We got there at around 5pm; the usual supper hour, and it was starting to fill up after we had gotten there. Very spacious, not overcrowded at all. Very nice place to go have dinner. We love it!!

Great food and great quantity. On top of clean up and very courteous when i dine in. I've been ordering from here for along time and never disappointed. The house Mai pong (not sure how to speel it) and steamed dumplings are killer!

Don't let the somewhat lackluster restaurant ambiance fool you. THE FOOD WAS GREAT HERE! Best tasting Chinese buffet food I've had years. Bar none! Unlike most Chinese buffets, where the volume is high but the quality and flavors not so much, all the dishes here had SO much flavor. We were very pleasantly surprised.

First off, the food is just amazing here! The staff is so friendly and kind. The food is always available for the customers, always hot and ready. The restaurant's lobby areas have always been cleaned, and the staff's uniforms have always been cleaned. As customers leave, the staff immediately picks up and cleans the tables so other people may enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner. Very satisfied with this restaurant and it's location.
