I can not speak more highly of the service that this place offered! I am visiting family from out of town and decided to pop in to try on materials for my upcoming wedding. I have very little experience with suits but Tony helped me out right away. I was blown away with how accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable he was. I ended up with a unique suit that I could not be happier with. They had a great selection, quality materials, and reasonable prices. Unlike most businesses out there, I did not at all feel rushed or pressured to make any purchases until I was completely happy with the result. Their customer service is PHENOMENAL. Took my son here to pick a tuxedo rental for a wedding he is in, service was impeccable. Very helpful and friendly staff and the clothing is a step above most stores.

Love the classy clothing options for my husband. The salesman are very helpful. I accidentally ruined a shirt my husband purchased there and loved and when I called to see if they had another I could buy, they did not but Guy went above and beyond calling his vendors to locate one for me.

I'm so excited to have found this place for my big and tall guy!! Such a classy place with well-tailored suits and shirts. Their service is exceptional! We got there 15 minutes before close as we found ourselves in a pinch the day before my brother-in-law's wedding.

My husband always complains about how his shirts and outerwear fit when purchased at other regular big and tall stores. Here, everything we tried in his size (from outerwear to sports jacket) fit like it was made for him. We left out of there not only super-satisfied but already planning our next trip back.

Hands down awesome experience, from the second I walked in the door I was greeted and talked about options for a suit for my Vegas wedding next month. I was informed of prices for each suit, shirt and shoes I tried on so the price wasn’t a sticker shocked like you’ll get with other clothing stores.

Thank you to Mike at Bill Paul Limited. He is definitely the Gentleman Haberdasher. I have had a dream to have a wardrobe from there and today I purchased my 1st outfit from there. Mike was very attentive, patient and offered a lot of suggestions. The atmosphere is classic, fun and the selection was excellent. Met Bill Paul himself, who was very welcoming. Very much looking forward to the next purchase which will likely be a herringbone blazer with flannel wool pants.

We had Bill Paul for our tux rentals for my wedding a couple of weeks ago and the staff was friendly and had great knowledge of the product. The suits fit great and they gave sufficient notice for pick up and drop off. They were even able to get a different size jacket for me (the groom) and shoes for one of my groomsmen only days before the wedding. I would recommend them for anyone's tux rentals.

My partner needed a shirt for a wedding on short notice. We went in and were immediately helped. The associate listened to what we were looking for And helped us to find just what we were looking for. He also pressed it for us perfectly. The prices are higher than what you'll find at a department store but so is the quality and your receive one on one attention. The overall experience was great. We will be back.

This place has great service and the suits looked awesome for our wedding. I have had several issues with tuxedos from large men's fashion stores for other weddings. I would highly recommend Bill Paul Limited because the staff is knowledgeable and will work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want. They even had samples shipped in so we could see the vests and ties before making a final decision. I also left a wedding gift in my pocket and they called to let me know. I appreciate the honesty and the personal touch they provided.

I’ve stood up in many weddings and rented tuxedos from all the nationally known chains stores. My experience was good at first but through the years, service has gone downhill. These days, large men’s stores are hiring younger, cheaper and typically unprofessional people to represent their brand. In my opinion, the lack of experience and poor customer service is unacceptable and not doing them any favors.
For my wedding, I wanted more. Getting fitted for a tuxedo should be a memorable experience. For many, it is the first and only experience they will have! For this reason, I did some homework before choosing the tuxedo shop for my wedding. I wanted a professional touch, with charm and expertise. A local business that has not lowered the bar, hoping nobody will know the difference. I wanted a place my groomsmen would remember and get the professional service they deserve. That place was Bill Paul Limited.
Dennis and Michael did a fantastic job. They were extremely polished and professional. They took ‘that extra step’ and made sure measurements were accurate and orders went smoothly. My groomsmen looked fantastic. The tuxes were perfect and fit well. I should add that this level of service did not come at a premium. I actually found Bill Paul to be just as affordable as the other men’s stores. Pleasant surprise!

After being frustrated everywhere in Appleton trying to find a decent suit, at Bill Paul I was greeted immediately, sized immediately, helped through a fabric catalog, and taken care of.
