Your customer service was quick efficient and effective. I dialed 0 to speak with a representative as I didn't have the time to patiently listen to each one. She answered two seconds later. I'm loving my new black owned bank already!

Every time I call I quickly get to a live person and my issue/question is resolved. That was again the case this time when I call for a replacement card. No hassle, no long drawn out automated process. Just great customer service. Thank you for being a community leader

This is the best bank I have dealt with in many many years in the United States of America. If you're looking for Unity community banking that will really help and assist you I'm impressed how they have really helped me I highly recommend one United Bank.

Called in to close my checking account. Deposits were put on hold, account balanced dipped below maintenance fee threshold, and I could not afford to pay $10/mon for a bank to hold my money. I had already transferred the remaining balance to another account. I was told by the associate that a fee free checking account existed, and that I could be moved to that. I decided to stay with OneUnited. I only wish I had known about this fee free account before being charged a maintenance fee. I would've switched a long time ago.

Though the actual service I need isn't available, it was nice to have a representative return my call and listen to me. She answered all of my questions, was nice, and didn't cut me off while speaking. All of my telephone experiences with OneUnited have been exceptional

I know it's more my fault of lack of due diligence to make time in a low income life, to setup the essential needs of my account to help regain access to the final world. But just being given the opportunity to reestablish banking and regain a form of credit is incredible

For an online bank, OneUnited Bank is constantly providing inormation and updating financial services. I love the online communication. It's actually better than larger commercial banks. Well Done?🏽?🖤💚

Every time I call the reps are so polite and helpful. This time she had forgotten to tell me a bit of info and went out of her way to call me back and let me know. I used to be a banker for a local bank years ago and even I am impressed!

I have been banking at OneUnited for about a year and a half now, strictly for a Saving Account. Opening was quick, easy, and I was given all my options immediately in layman's terms -- I appreciate transparency as it comes to my money. Since then, I've accumulated interest on my savings which alone is an huge encouragement to a young professional trying to do things the responsible way! I have taken funds out a few times and have never been penalized and it's an added plus to go to the bank on any given day and not having to wait 30-60 minutes to speak to a banker. I encouraged my entire family to bank black!

Sheena was very friendly. She listened to my request and was very thorough in letting me know what the pros and cons were, even though it was just a simple change I wanted to make. She made sure I understood how that would effect me.

I had to apply 4 times before I was able to get approved for an account. For that I would give 3 🌟. I'm not sure if it's a browser issue or email issue. But I would give 5 🌟 for the process since getting approved for a deposit account.

I've been with One United for almost a year and have had nothing but GREAT Customer Service, which is the first thing I look for in a bank. I currently use them as my second bank but will be closing my Bank of America account and having all my direct deposits here.

Just opened an account online. A black business may be out of the way, it may be an inconvenience at first, etc, etc. but we must start to support our black owned businesses. We have financial power but don't know how to use it. That's one of the reasons we can get murdered in broad daylight with cameras rolling but don't get justice. Financial leverage=power. ”Money talks and b**sh** walks.” Black business owners, please listen to criticism and make corrections. We need each other.

I opened a premium checking . But I really use it as a savings. One thing that I like to tell most people about small banks, that is is good to use to save money. But never good to use as your main day to day actions. I live in Coral Springs FL, so I purposely open the account with them knowing that they are in Miami. I also requested no debit cards so that I wouldn't go into the account unless I had no choice ( which would involve driving to Miami). So for the purpose that I set it up, it works great. I encourage people that want to support a black owned bank to probably try supporting them in that way. Since it is small relative to the bigger competitors that have more capital to put behind the features we are use to, it is important to consider doing it the way that I have.

My call got transferred and answered from the automated system quick by the CSR Stacy (her voice/tone was very smooth and professional) she answered all my request prompt and effectively....people like her make me feel good to BANK BLACK....keep up with the good work

By far the most professional customer service I have experienced in a long time. OneUnited Bank makes me feel comfortable trusting them with my money. I am proud of the progress. Now if we could just get a few more locations in in South Florida. Particularly, the Miami-Dade, Broward, and West Palm Beach tri-county area!
