Jordan has to be the kindness sales person I’ve ever met. He lets me try on all types of jewelry high-end low end medium and unbelievable end. I enjoy every minute in the store and he really works with my budget and he is so sweet and I always seem to buy some thing marvelous. I just Adore all the pieces I have bought and being in the store is like a treat. You would never regret going to JR Dunn it is a marvelous place to visit. Check out the jewelry it’s top shelf all quality made and top designers. Be sure to see Jordan. You can run him ragged with all the different gemstones you may love to try on. He had a lot of patience. I go from one thing to the next. It’s a great place and he’s a great guy He makes my day. ( and my future generation will appreciate the beautiful gifts I purchased )❤

Seldom do I leave reviews but I was so pleased with the service, professionalism and overall experience that it just had to be mentioned. I came in for a service to my SS Rolex sea dweller. It was estimated about 4-6 weeks to be sent out to Rolex. Sure enough, it was ready in just 4 weeks and looking pristine! I was very impressed overall. I highly recommend Jordan and urge anyone to visit the store as they are soon expanding.

The service I received was outstanding. I was on the fence about buying this watch online (No one in Tallahassee had one) Steven and Cheryl took a lot of time answering my questions. Not only about my watch ACCUTRON DNA CASINO but about the shipping and guarantees on my purchase. You can just tell this is a family run business. One of the best jewelry stores in South Florida. Great price range and selection. They have all the well known designers as well as exclusive offerings of new trending designers. Special shout out to Rosemine Prosper who quickly hones in on styles that match your wants . I misunderstood a price on an item completely my error and felt so embarrassed yet she was understanding and immediately refunded my account no problem. Highly recommend a visit to JR Dunn.

I found JR Dunn online as they were offering a discount on some Ippolita earrings. The buying experience was great. All the convenience of online shopping but a personal email from a person (not a bot) when I had to change the shipping address. They are quick to respond to emails. Will shop with them again!

Nice place, great selection of Jewelry and watches. Michelle and staff are very friendly, she helped us on my wedding rings and our first Rolex.
