Ron Rosen sold my mother’s condominium in Hallandale, Florida. In less than a week after listing he had a great offer which then closed in less than a month. Ron helped in guided us with everything. Especially during COVID my mother’s listing and sale was not easy, as we live in Toronto, Canada and the condominium is in Hallandale, Florida. My mother left Florida in a rush in early March of 2020. She was possibly thinking about selling her condominium at that time. However, with COVID and worrying about returning to Canada, she simply threw together some of her belongings and left.
A friend recommended we speak to Ron Rosen about selling her condominium and the status of the Hallandale condominium market. We called him and from our first conversation, we knew Ron Rosen was our agent. As we live in Canada, Ron explained every step in detail of the process to us, as there are many differences in real estate transactions between the countries. Above and beyond the call of duty, Ron cleaned up and arranged the condominium for showing as it was left in a mess. He continuously updated us with every showing and potential offers. We asked about attorneys in Florida and he recommended the attorney we chose to use. We needed an attorney as this building had many leans and the closing was going to be quite involved. Once the final offer was signed, Mr. Rosen was our liaison with the attorney, the potential purchaser, their agent and the condo corporation, and then he reported and explained everything to us.
Mr. Rosen always went above and beyond a real estate agent’s duty. He even went through and disposed and donated goods that were in the apartment for us.
