Quality at it's best!

I left my old salon of 11 years looking for something different. The first stylst used, Ashley, was great. However, after six months, she was gone. I allowed a new person, Lindsy, to do my hair....AWFUL.

Blond, brassy, and a "meh" cut: All for a "reasonable" $335, not including tip. It was so bad, that people i knew asked "What HAPPENED to you?".

When I returned from the bahamas and requested a "correction", I also requested a deep discount. I understand that Lindsy was new, young, and likely inexperienced, and was willing to give her another chance. I was offered 20% off....which is 20% off an already quite inflated price. What was worse, was that the salon people insisted there was nothing wrong with my hair! Please, even if i happened to be blonde, rather than a brunette who simply wanted highlights, the "blonde" was brassy and horrid. Come on folks, what color are my eyebrows?!?

My advice, avoid....they are new to the area, overpriced, and inexperienced. Instead, try Ria's Day Salon (ask for Maria). She's in Boynton Beach, and,while not quite as "toney" an address, she will be there for the long run, is professional, and I am thankful she "took me back".

Don't waste your money for the address.

Horrible experience at this salon! I came in with my daughter who was so excited to be getting a Brazilian Blowout for the first time. Juliet was extremely unprofessional, with so much attitude. 20 minutes into starting hair they told me it would be an additional $100! Then she told me she was using something else which is similar to Brazilian even though I asked her not to. She kept yelling at her assistant(the assistant was a sweetheart, I felt bad for her!)telling her to rush through the job because have another client coming in! I paid hundreds of dollars only to have my daughters hair destroyed. She had beautiful thick healthy hair going in and now at 13 yrs old her hair is balding and split all over!! Pleaseee save your money and your hair and go elsewhere!!!

This place mortifies people with my hair type (which really isn't that difficult, may I add) They knew they couldn't handle my hair type before they started and couldn't say so from the beginning, so they proceeded and 20 minutes in after combing and dying, they start with the, it doesnt work for this hair type?!!! Then they didn't honor their promotion and charged more to finnish!!! Are you kidding me! #betterbusinessbureau They have no right!
