The hood latch was stuck and I was unable to open the hood to add oil you and your staff got the hood open and even informed me of the issue the vehicle is have via the diagnostic done with your device. Thanks and I will return to install the serpentine belt for the vehicle. Have a blessed day and stay humble.

These guys are very reasonable on work and parts and will do the best they can to get you taken care of with your bmw needs. I was in a pinch needed a very specific cooling line I drove 30mins with my garbage spilling coolent git there sold me the part very cheap put it on in the parking lot went on my way 5 stars all day long and I'll be a customer as long as I own a bmw
