I absolutely love renting from this location. The selection is always great, new to near new vehicles, and the staff is always very accommodating. If there isn’t something in the aisles that works for you they’ll try to find you something if they have it. Kevin at the exit gate is always both attentive and offers a smile and great attitude that you really look for when you have been traveling all day or just starting your trip. Any issue I’ve had here with my personal or my employees rentals has always been handled appropriately. To many future rentals! Thanks National MIA!

National is my first stop, always. The easiest renting and great satisfaction. I usually do it via app, which makes the National simply the best. I tried others throughout years, and can safely say that they understand the needs of a customer. Chec in/out is super easy and fast, which matters. Cars are more than awesome, and very often I get to sit in brand new one.

Mario National Rentals at Miami Airport was particularly helpful to our family during our time of need and specifically provided a ford expedition as required by Ford Motor company when our Leased 2 year old F150 truck failed on a road trip from Ontario to Miami. It only has 16k miles on it. Ford would only help pay $60 toward the one way rental from Columbia SC to Miami and back if it was a ford rental. Thanks again Mario and National for helping us out when no other car rental company in Miami could.

I had a great experience with the Emerald Club. It was my first time using it and we enjoyed the experience. Everything was smooth and the car was in great condition. We were lucky to have gotten a Cadillac XTS!

Numa from national car rental Mia was so nice can’t wait to go back. He treated me with respect. I am a proud national car rental renter!!

Numa is the best! He works in the garage, assisting with getting vehicles for customers. He is super sweet and helpful. The garage was almost empty and we were going on a trip for our anniversary. The other attendees were like, ahhh! Numa came back from lunch and put us in a vehicle right away. We were off to a wonderful week.

Highly recommended. We booked our rental car from Germany and it was very easy on site. After the long flight, we were led to the car rental center. Don't wonder because you have to take the airport rail. But it's easy to find. We could choose between three cars. The car was great, nothing to complain about. The procedure to hand the car back at the end was also very well organized and easy. Thank you.

I love the service with National, but especially at this location. I had accidentally booked my return flight from a different airport and, even though I was supposed to return my rental at the Miami airport location, they offered to let me take it to Fort Lauderdale instead, for no extra charge. I was planning on taking an Uber with all of my bags, and I was so grateful that they saved me the time and money, even without my asking.

The experience collecting the car was easy as I am part of the Emerald Group and after booking online, just needed to select a car at the garage level itself.
Then, returning the car was very easy and efficient with a special shout out to a very helpful return-rep named Alfredo!

National is by far, the best rental car company I have done business with. I used them often for business travels, I signed up for the emerald club and I love it! They make it easy for you, just pick your car, hop on and go.
Different from other companies, National actually makes it about the customer experience.
I rented last minute, on labor day weekend. They had great cars available and little to no wait to get a clean disinfected car.
Honestly, National is one of the best experiences you will have, when renting a car.
I rented at the airport location, And it was well worth it. The service, the availability and the consumer experience makes all the difference.

From the moment we got off the plane in Miami and got to the rental site our experience with customer service from National with superior. They were extremely friendly, polite, informative and helpful in obtaining our car quickly and getting us on our way. We were able to choose the car of our liking setting in 3 different styles to make sure they were comfortable. The return process was just as amazing, the attendant was very friendly and polite and quickly got us on our way. I have rented from multiple cars rentals in the past but truly fill National is one of the most superior of all. Definitely will rent from them again and recommend them for your next trip

Varnel was so nice and accommodating down at the garage! Dina was so pleasant at the front counter. We rented a Chevy Suburban for my son's prom and it was perfect! Thank you all for making this a very pleasant experience. We will see you again soon.

Our experience with National Car Rental is excellent. The website is easy to use to make your reservations.

This past trip we experienced a flat tire, and were able to stop in a safe area. I called for roadside assistance, and in less than 20 minutes our tire
was changed, then drove about another 2 miles to exchange cars at another National Car Rental facility. Highly recommend purchasing roadside assistance. The staff were very kind and easy to talk to.

A great client experience from beginning to end. We had pre book our reservation months in advance for our trip and when we arrived, it was pretty seamless. We checked in at the counter and we were sent downstair to choose our rental, there was quite of a few options for us and we were out within minutes with no complications. We opted to drop off at the Orlando airport which National had the drop and go option which sped up the process as well. We will be using National as one of our rental choices in the future

Excellent service and a great selection of cars to choose from. Marquail helped me out and found a car that met my needs and went above and beyond to do so. Would definitely recommend him and this location.

I canceled a rental from Priceless rental due to their scam business model and was able to get a quick rental with National.

They only charged a 4.95 service fee for tolls plus the total amount of my toll fees. Very reasonable.

I will make sure to stick with National next time I come through Miami, thank you!
