Stephen Shura was a recommendation from our previous Mortgage broker. We wanted to take out some equity and we found out very quickly how dishonest folks can be these days. Stephen made sure we were taken care of from beginning to end. He was easy to work with, trustworthy, always answered my emails within a few hours, and was ALWAYS in communication with us the entire duration. Great personality and you may want to be his friend by the end. He is seriously that nice. Thank You Steve for everything!!!

The home equity loan was approved and ready to fund this week. After Steve talked with the underwriter department, he was able to get a review of the loan done again, and this time, a different person reviewed the loan and approved it!

I am so happy and Steve is an absolutely wonderful person to work with and really went above and beyond to get this loan approved.

Below is my first experience:

I applied for a loan with Steve at the Vero Beach office and he was a really nice and welcoming person.

He sent me information the same day and processed it quickly. The application was summited on May 5th and the decision was made on June 2.

Sadly, the loan was denied but I wanted Steve to know that his service was great so I called him to thank him. He didn't know the denial was sent out and when he check his email, he was really sad to learn of the denial.

If I can get my credit score up, I will contact Steve again for a new loan.

It was a pleasure to work with him and I look forward to a new loan in the future!
