Became a customer today. Every staff member was friendly, efficient and helpful. Their 11month cd at 5.75 rate is super. Highly recommended Customer service is outstanding

We love this bank. State Chartered not Federal comes with protections that are greater and yes sometimes more complicated than the new and "IMPROVED" world wide internet allow. More secure and protective of their customers in all areas including funds availability. I am glad we had this option available to us.

One of the most horrible experiences as a procss server .They look at me through the CLEAR AS DAY DOOR WINDOW,not tinted in anyway,in my fitted slacks,custom fit shirt,tie,well groomed facial and dred hair,and ask me through the intercom"how may i help you" Its like they refused to "buzz me in because I'm a black guy with dreds,I must be up to no good" This is how I felt.Period. I had to explain to the lady,not black,that I am "serving the bank legal documents from the court",she still had to ask someone if its ok.... smh. Another patron of the business felt bad and started up a nice conversation while we both waited. She clearly didn't like or agreed with how the teller of the bank interacted with me even after I got inside. Wsh more caucasian folks were like her,most are here in Florida.The worst financial business place dealing with the public in west palm beach,hands down. Shame on those peope.
