The service was ok. Not sure why they dont like when you use their own store discount card. The cashier not all speak English and they seem upset when you have them repeat what they say.

They do offer good deals for 7-Eleven however the owner and the family of his that he hires tend to be prejudiced against the employees who are of Caucasian on multiple occasions I have been treated and discriminated against due to my race as being white vs there as being Haitian he has a wonderful employee named Jenny it works first shift and blond pigtails and herself is Caucasian and a wonderful employee regardless of what Creed religion race denomination or handicapped you may have have.

Promo on the door to the coolers stated “$3 off with Sunoco rewards card” I put the phone # in, but it didn’t subtract anything. Asked the cashier and she said “you have no points.” I explained the promo or her an showed he the sign. She refused to honor or acknowledge it. Short dreads and a terrible attitude. Will shop next door at the place that honors their advertisements. Terrible.

Horrible customer service the chubby manger with low hair cut is very rude and disrespectful I see why they have a two star rating

This gas station is on my way to and from work. I've been living in the same place for almost 3 yrs now. Usually I would go there once every other day, sometimes everyday. Mostly for gas, cigarettes, and a few energy drinks. After what happened last week I will never shop there again and I will definitely spread the word around to everyone I know in the area. It was a typical night, I was on my way home and needed gas, cigarettes, and an energy drink. I entered the store at exactly 11:43 pm and headed towards where my drinks are located. There were 2 cashiers present. I was halfway down the aisle when one lady shouted to me that they were closed. I checked my phone and told them they didn't close until midnight and it was 11:45. They told me that they had to leave the store at midnight so therefore they were closed. I asked her why they let me in if they were closed? At this point both cashiers started speaking to me in an extremely rude and disrespectful voice. They said that by the time I pulled up they didn't have the chance to run up to the door to lock it in my face. At this point I was very angry and I let them know that since it is not midnight (about 11:53pm) that they are going to serve me. I had credit or cash so there were no excuses. They said that they're reports were already finished and that they would not be selling me anything and that I needed to leave since they were closed (11:56). I asked for their names which they wouldn't provide so I asked who there manager is. They said his name is Matt but he is on vacation. I let them know I'd be calling manager's, supervisors, the owner, and corporate about this matter. Then I left, lady locked the door behind me. Than another car pulls up, she unlocks the door to let him in and then relocks door. I'm assuming that was her ride home. It gets better. As I turn around to ask why they let him in they respond with middle fingers and a few other inappropriate hand/body signals. They stuck their tongue out on me. It was ridiculousness to a whole other level. I've worked in customer service me entire life and never have I ever treated someone with so much disrespect. Please try not to shop there. Why would you want to anyway after this story.

The staff is very unfriendly and rude. At least smile and thank me as you take my money. Done with them. There’s too many other options to put up with that.

the pump did not let me select the octane numbers and I go to the classier and he tells me that he cannot help me and he simply turns his back on me and goes, in conclusion I left without being able to put gas

Liar attendant do not want to clean rest rooms. Do not go here filth everywhere
