Dr. Cordner is an extraordinary doctor. I always feel at home and am welcomed by the most friendly staff I’ve ever met. I know I can count on Dr. Cordner’s precise diagnostic skills. I have gone to other providers but this is by far the best one I’ve been to. Dr. Cordner makes sure to identify the problem on the first visit unless further essential examination is needed such as MRIs. As a full-time student and full-time worker this important to me because my schedule is already packed as it is. I am very pleased with Dr. Cordner’s work. I highly recommend him. Thank you Dr. Cordner and your team! :)

Dr. Cordner is a great Dr. I have been seeing him for 8 yrs. now.

Dr Olsen is great.

Dr Cordner is, in my opinion, highly competent. However, call early and often to receive a return phone call from his staff. I don't know if the delay in responding to existing patients is related to Covid, or not, but I waited 5 days to hear the doctors opinion regarding an RFA procedure. And when I received the call back, I still had no idea if the procedure will be offered for my condition.

I was told that an appt must be made to discuss RFA for my arthritis. I'm an existing patient. The office has my testing, records, history, etc.

Will the next appt be a waste of time and money? I hope not.

Don’t waste your time or money with this guy!!! I spent two months waiting for an appointment only to be told that my pain is “too widespread” to have any injections to relieve my pain. However he has no other suggestions as to how to control it. He heads the board to stop other pain management doctors from prescribing pain medications to those who need it. Maybe he needs to focus on doing his job rather than dictating how others doctors care for their own patients. In my opinion, he is not only incompetent, but does not care about his patient’s well-being. He is trying to make a name for himself in the community rather than helping people control their pain. I wasted two months for an appointment with this doctor only to find that he is not willing to help. He condones pain medication however he’s not willing to provide injections. He took my co pay and charged my insurance significantly but could not offer help….When asked what he suggests that I do for my pain, he had no answer. Maybe he should consider retiring!!!

Dr Olsen should be avoided like a plague. My fiancé has had chronic pain for years and Dr Olsen was very accommodating on the first visit. Then things started going downhill fast with her lack of communication and absolutely no empathy towards my fiancé’s pain issues. She started getting so called surgeries but had an extremely bad situation that has left her with massive pain in her neck. The doctor would not even check her neck to examine it and kept wanting to schedule more surgeries. Shame on you Dr. Olsen. This was just one incident. She and her staff should find new occupations outside of the medical field.

Terrible experience. I've been a chronic back sufferer for 20 years. I had a top neurologist in Philadelphia before I moved here. Took a month to even get my records. On my first visit to Dr. Cordner he and his assistant walked in, he faced me and said "I don't see what the problem is" . I felt immediately judged, like I was only there for meds. He acted superior and talked down to me. He even talked to his assistant, showing one piece of paper, and both shrugged their shoulders. I had no idea he had only one report and not the 5 MRI reports I thought were sent. Dr. Cordner handed me a box of Lyrica, which I said I already tried, then insisted on an MRI of the shoulder for a diagnosis that was already addressed and dismissed in Philadelphia. I gave them my records and I still didn't hear anything for 2 weeks. Finally I went to another doctor. I am so happy now, I've had the proper tests, I'm resuming my current treatment and most of all, not being judged or looked down on. And just today received a bill when I specifically heard Cordner say no charge for the visit. Please do not go here if you truly need help and understanding. A doctor with compassion is a must when dealing with pain.

I got kicked out of the doctor's office today because I asked Dr. Olsen to call me about a month ago. They told me they would not be able to see me again. Dr. Olsen is a lier and very rude !!! If she can't return her patients phone calls she should be removed from practice along with her staff !!! I got in a horrific motorcycle accident 10 years ago and recently moved from Boynton Beach up to Vero Beach. I have never been treated so disrespectful in my life !!! I asked her when I was leaving if she treated all her patients this way, especially disabled vets !!!

No these are not at all accurate reviews. I'm surprised this place is still open. Stay away from Pineda and Palm Bay for sure. If you suffer from pain this is NOT the place for you. You will see a p.a. each time you go and good luck with seeing the same one twice. High turnover and rude! You are just a number. I suffer chronic pain.
