Darlene is a great agent. She's knowledgeable in all aspects of Medicare and the numerous plans that provide the coverage to fill in what Medicare omits. But beyond that, she is fully committed to assuring that her clients have the best customer service possible. Five stars hardly does her justice.

Being new to Medicare this year, I was very overwhelmed with all the emails, flyers, and commercials. I wasn't sure that I had the right (or sufficient) coverage. Darlene was amazing! From her brochures to her many years of experience, I knew I was in the right place. She diagramed everything on a huge white-out board and made it very easy to understand. I ended up changing my plan that saved me $$. I would highly recommend making an appointment or calling her office (talk to Delores--very kind, very helpful) if you are confused with all of this.

Ms Swaffar is a superb insurance lady.
Fully knowledgeable of all available products for Medicare and a great guide to compare and contrast the various lines. Very communicative and clear in the differences, costs and features.
