I can't thank Julian Garcia enough for pinpointing where the leak in my ceiling was coming from (a canale) and getting it repaired. Julian assured me that my roof was in superb condition. A different roofing company wanted to charge me $16,000 to replace a small portion of my roof, which was not necessary. Another roofing company wanted to "tune up" my roof for $4,000, which I had already done last year. I thank God that there are still some wonderful and honest people on this earth. I'm so grateful to Julian and his crew for their honesty, integrity, compassion, and hard work. It's rare these days to find somebody who genuinely wants to help others. So far, this is the only roofing company that I have found to be trustworthy in Albuquerque.

This is just a review of the sales process as we do not have our roof installed yet. Our sales professional Devon took the time time to educate us and was transparent throughout the process. He was knowledgeable and honest which gave us a lot of comfort when you are faced with making a big purchase of a new roof. We feel as though we learned a lot and understand the value work provided.

Alan and Jeffrey are true professionals who quickly addressed any questions or concerns that I raised regarding performance, compliance, presence on property or workmanship. And Desiree in administration was responsive.
