Started coming to lifestyle 24/7 early 2019 and still here 2024! A friend brought me in for a free visit and met jay the owner right away, felt welcome every time and has become my comfort gym out of all the gyms I have been to in Indian River County. I go well out of my way since I live in Sebastian with no regrets. Gym is always clean and the atmosphere is light and welcoming. Try this gym out before you lock in anywhere else!

Owner Jay was always super kind, understanding, and welcoming to every guest. Pretty good equipment to target different style workouts and great atmosphere overall to workout in. Person trainer Jim that is there too is always great for giving insightful tips!!

May I say that this gym is one of the most reliable, Safe and Caring environment. I've been at this gym for almost 2 years years and not onot once have I had any complaints. The staff are amazing they are welcoming and all and all in all just incredible. Everybody is really sweet and I wouldn't ask for a better environment or gym. Everybody is super inviting and very much care and will see your improvement and compliment you for your progress and achievements. As well as motivate you to continue your journey and becoming even better. 10/10 gym would recommend to anyone looking for a new start and environment.

I am a golf professional from Maine. For the last seven years I have spent my winter months in southern Florida. This gym, headed by Jay, is the place to be. They have the best culture, everyone is super friendly and the gym is well equipped with everything you need. THIS IS THE PLACE TO TRANSFORM IN THE VERO BEACH AREA!

Lifestyle Fitness 24/7 is an outstanding gym. The variety and quality of equipment is excellent, allowing for each body part to be trained effectively. Whether you want to train heavy compound movements, isolation movements, or machines Lifestyle 24/7 fitness has it all. Cardio equipment is great as well. The owner Jay as well as the other staff are very friendly and supportive which creates a positive and welcoming environment. The ability to train at this gym 24/7 makes it easy to get a workout in whenever it's convenient, so a busy schedule is not an issue. I would totally recommend this gym to people at a variety of fitness levels.

After many years of working out, I can honestly say that Lifestyle Fitness is a great gym. The owner, Jay, provides the best possible experience. He is very knowledgeable about diet and exercise and is always very helpful and friendly. He keeps a watchful eye and is available to answer questions or advise you. In addition to great equipment and a big selection of free weights, the gym is very clean and properly maintained. Convenient location with plenty of parking. It really is like being part of a family.

I enjoy working out at Lifestyle Fitness because the gym has a great selection of exercise equipment and an excellent atmosphere. Even when the gym is very busy, I have never had to wait to find a machine or free weights to use. The owner is very professional, knowledgeable & helpful when needed. I have worked out in every gym in Vero Beach, during my 12 years living here, and found this gym the best of them all. The members are friendly & courteous and Jay, the owner, personally welcomes every member by first name when they walk inside his gym.

If you're planning to look at other gyms to compare with Lifestyle just do yourself a favor and stop now, because they won't be as good as Lifestyle. The owner Jay has created the best possible gym environment you can find. Great people, awesome equipment, friendly service, clean gym floor and bathrooms, great membership options and more are just some of the things that make this gym the best. The only people who workout out here are ones that are personable, kind, and always willing to chat and help. My girlfriend was not excited to join a gym with me because she thought she'd be really uncomfortable. She's a regular at Lifestyle now to say the least. Leaving Planet Fitness for Lifestyle was the best thing I could've done for my fitness goals. Just sign up Jay is great and his gym is the best!

This is a such an amazing place to workout. It has a great atmosphere with equipment for any type of workout or training program with 24/7 access. The manager, Jay, is extremely nice and professional. Will definitely be the only gym i go to in Vero!

This gym is, by far, the best one in Vero for true fitness minded individuals. This not your "go to look pretty" gym. Its clean, has great equipmemt, 24/7 fob access with membership. Overall, if you want to truly work out, not fight for machines because people taking selfies, and break a good sweat/get a food pump, this is the place for you! Equipment is definitely top notch! Jay, is super friendly, easy to get along with, and takes pride in the gym! I'm proud to have come across this gym, especially with my negative experience with others. Go visit and talk to Jay! Lifestyle Fitness 24/7 is a great place to work out. The gym is very clean. Jay the owner treats all his clients as if they were family, he knows everyone's name. Jay makes sure that it is a safe place to work out day or night. If you need help or want to learn about the equipment you can always ask Jim Reid who is a personal trainer that works out at the gym. This is probably one of the best gyms I've been a member of in a long time. It is just a comfortable place to work out at.

The best gym in an area where it is tough to find a decent place to workout. As two military members looking to workout for a few days while vacationing, my husband and I were taken care of by the owner, Jay. Extremely professional and friendly staff, great equipment, and very clean. Never too crowded and always the right environment. You will enjoy this gym! I joined 3 years ago and have always felt welcome. The owner Jay is always good to talk to, as are most people who go there. Always a nice pleasant atmosphere to work out in! As for the equipment the gym has all you need and more to get yourself into great shape.

Love this place, fire gym, everyone is super cool, fairly priced, and highly recommend it to anyone to apply here. The owner is just the coolest guy you’ll ever meet and super dope.

The owner Jay along with personal trainer Jim, are fantastic.
I checked out a lot of gyms before joining this one and I never looked back. Atmosphere is friendly, warm and knowledgeable. I truly enjoy the fact that they are always ready to assist you in anyway they can. Jim has taught me so much in the short amount of time since joining 2 months ago. The machines are in great working order. In fact, he just installed new ellipticals, stairclimmer and treadmills.
This gym prides itself on cleanliness - bathrooms/showers sparkle. I'm so happy to have found this gem of a gym. Do yourself a favor and check it out
