Longbeach Cafe

We eat breakfast here every vacation. Food is always great and consistent. My favorites are the French omelette with rye, potatoes, and add grits, or corned beef hash (scratch made). So good!

Perfect breakfast place. My pancakes, eggs, bacon and coffee were delicious. The service is lovely (and very quick too!)

Great mom and pop restaurant. Amazing home cooking and a quaint little place. If the weather is nice, you can sit out back on the patio and watch the kayakers fall in the basin. Do not leave without getting a cup of the soup of the day. Zesty cauliflower, beer cheese, and loaded baked potato are some of my favorites. This is where the locals eat.

So glad we found this cute little diner! This is a quintessential small town American diner with awesome home cooked food, and breakfast served until they close in the afternoon. Dining out back on the patio along the canal was very relaxing!

An absolute hidden gem! Great food & great service. We sat outside on the water which was beautiful.

Staying in Sarasota for the weekend, wanted to check out Longboat Key...."found" Long beach Cafe....great chicken salad BLT on a croissant!!! Great lunch!

We loved this beautiful cafe. When you think I’d love to go to a cafe for breakfast Longbeach Cafe is exactly what you want. Great little cafe atmosphere the staff were very welcoming and pleasant. I loved their selection from hot sauces. Food was exactly what I wanted simple, full of flavor, and I didn’t leave hungry. Will definitely enjoy a breakfast or two here when we return to LBK

This was our 2 year coming back, we vacation to Anna Maria island for our anniversary every year for the past 4 years, we wish we would have found this gem our first year. The food is excellent, prices are fair, service is wonderful, our waitress Jen was very friendly out going and not too over the top with her service, it is was simply perfect.

Cute little cafe. There were 4 of us and we all got different breakfasts, and they were all delicious. Food was hot, fast, and the servers were great. They were very attentive and made sure our drinks never emptied. 10/10 would recommend .

Had a great, easy breakfast here, with the added perk of seeing a dolphin in the canal. The food was great and service excellent.

Definitely try this AMAZING café for breakfast! They have THE BEST muffins and biscuits, which they will grill for you! Four of us went out for breakfast and four of us not only got a GREAT breakfast that day, but the next day too with our leftovers!

7-21-23. Great island restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Open 7-2 M-Fand 8-1 on Sunday. Best prices on and off island for breakfast. I had a western omlete that was tasty and the best hot and crispy hash browns! Amazing variety of hot sauces! Friendly service. If this review was helpful please give it a thumbs up 👍🏻

This is one of those mom and pops places that makes one feel like they're walking into their moms kitchen. Food was good n the service good. Was nice to be treated as a local rather than a tourist for which Longboat Key is known for..

People are sleeping on this gem. Most relaxing ever outside on the canal, it’s like relaxing in nature in someone’s backyard.

The frittata is amazing! It’s nothing like a frittata, it’s a skillet, eggs over medium over potato’s, w real vegetables, mushrooms, spinach, w sour cream and salsa. Deliciousness, Highly recommend.

This sweet little Cafe is my favorite! The food is always perfect and the wait staff are the most pleasant people! It feels like you're eating home cooking, made and served with love! Portion size is larger than usual, wait time has always been quick! Definitely recommend!

Best Biscuits and Gravy other than homemade. I rarely eat B&G out because of the inconsistency. I also recommend eating outside overlooking the water.
I highly recommend this place unless it’s during a time that I want to eat there. If it’s a full house be sure to save me a seat.
