Cat Hospital of Vero Beach

I feel really lucky to have found this place! I have been taking my cats here for 6 years and have never had a bad experience. The calm, quiet environment definitely makes a huge difference in the overall stress of a vet visit for my skittish cat.
Dr. Gambella is so kind and thorough in her care. She is very patient, makes you feel heard, and has a very accessible way of explaining things. I know that my cats are getting excellent care every visit.
The little aviary between exam rooms is adorable, and my cats love it!
Elaine (I'm sorry if that's not the spelling) at the front desk is always so informative and helpful. If she can't give me an answer, I always receive a follow-up call.
I can't say enough about how wonderful this office is. I would recommend it to anyone looking for excellent care for their fuzzy buddies!

We are snowbirds who just moved here with our 2 cats. 18 years old and 9 years old. I immediately made an appointment to get them established and I wanted a cat only facility. WOW was I impressed. Receptionist was super helpful and friendly. Technicians were very friendly and gentle with each of them and Dr. G was amazing. Our 9 year old is very anxious and afraid of vets, She was soothing, patient and gentle with him and got him all checked out and nails clipped. A miracle. I highly recommend this Cat hospital. Chloe and Smudgie give it a 5 paw up rating.

The vets here are so kind. We brought our kitten in to be neutered and they were able to find a same-day appointment (for pretty cheap, too!) Very kind and non-judgemental people work here. Watching the birds is so fun and the cats definitely like it.

Totally took care of our cat's issue that we were struggling with for 6 months with immediate success after futile and multiple attempts at another vet location. Highly recommend these wonderful caretakers to any cat owner. Would give more than Five stars if possible !

I am so thankful for Dr. Gambella at the Cat Hospital. We made a special trip from New York to have Dr. Gambella look at our cat, Coco after visiting two vets in New York. Sadly we had to have our 16 year old cat put to sleep. Dr. Gambella and her staff are compassionate, knowledgeable, kind and we had time to say goodbye! Thank you Dr. Gambella and your staff!

Noodle and Willow love all the ladies here! Everyone is so kind and friendly. They really made us feel welcomed. Dr. Gambella always takes her time with our babies and answers all our questions. Our cats love watching the birds while they wait in the exam room. It's really nice having that to distract them. They had surgery and recovery went exceedingly well. So happy with our overall experience and grateful for Dr. Gambella and all her staff!

My boy was rather calm here. I think it might be due to no barking or dogs. Caring, thorough, very understanding and patient! Highly recommend!

The care is always great. They've taught me a lot about handling my rescued boys. I can hardly believe the change in our Bogey. They've given great advice on our kitten Patrick.

I'll never take my girls anywhere else! Everyone is friendly and helpful and love my girls as much as I do, if he wouldn't cause a ruckus, I'd take my boy, but the kitties wouldn't like my crazy dog!

The nicest and most calm staff ever! I say calm because I have never seen anyone, let alone three people at once, have such a calming effect on my kitty and me for that matter too! They are very knowledgeable, intuitive and loving. Thank you guys for all of your help with my old boy!

My wife and I love the staff at CHVB. We feel confident that our elderly Bengal cat will get her medications on time. Our two younger cats always board together. We like the ability to check in on them using the camera features.

Dr. G and all of her staff are super friendly and make me feel at home. They are also very compassionate and understand that my cats are my family, not just animals. I have been going to the Cat Hospital for five years and take all four of my cats there for treatments. I will continue to do so as I cannot think of anyplace else I would want to handle my cats.

Dr. G and her staff are great. I've been taking my cats there for over 6 years now. They make me and my cats feel like family. They discuss everything thoroughly with you and have a great amount of empathy. The facility is clean and inviting.

The Cat Hospital is very professional but most importantly Molly, my cat, loves it there when she is boarding while I am away!!

I have been a patron of the Cat Hospital of Vero Beach since they opened. Besides being close to where I live, they are very caring, professional and pretty much full service. Dr. Gambella and techs are wonderful and love my two fur babies. I highly recommend them

I love the care..all staff take time with everyone. Dr. Gambella is on top of my cat's health and careful not to rush the dental cleaning, which pleases me, as my cat had to loose 4 teeth in the past due to our not getting to the vet. Now we go for the care and sensible planning. Ann G.

I am new to the area - I took my cat to the Cat Hospital of Vero Beach because we've had better luck with specialized cat care. My cat was senior cat who was recently diagnosed with cancer and had other long term health issues. My visit to the vet didn't give us good news, but the doctor was honest and compassionate in laying out the opitions. The doctor called and checked up on him, which I apprecitated. When my cat passed away, I recieved a really thoughful card. They were passionate and professional every step of the way - that's something I apperciated in a difficult time.

This vet is awesome!! Brought my new baby kitten for first check up and he was having a bit of a biting problem. Suggested alternatives to get him to stop biting, gave him a calming collar and talked to him calmly getting him to settle down. He's still biting my hands but with much less frequency. Thank you for your loving care of our pets! I feel your cat only policy is excellent for bringing my kitten for his care.

Dr. Gambella and her staff have provided excellent care for our cat, George. They are extremely professional and kind. We have boarded George on several occasions and know that he always gets the best of care. You can tell they all truly love cats.

The dr and the staff always greet you and make you feel like they know you. They take very good care of the cats when they are boarded. They give you information and time when you have something new with the cats. I am so glad I decided to go with a cat vet rather than take them to the same vet as my dog.
