Jason Dwelley Park, Field 9A

The park is indeed one of Apopka's gems. It's a family oriented park that have pavilions, benches, pond with fountains, multiple bathroom buildings, ampitheater, and kids play ground. The photos were taken sitting under a small pavilion. There are so many beautiful spaces to see that wasn't captured. The park is well laid out and also includes many baseball diamonds soccer fields, football fields, volleyball area, and basketball court. The largest pavilion has grills. All pavilions have picnic tables. It's a great place to come exercise outdoors. I am unsure whether the main office has vending machines, so bring you some fluids on hot days. Events are occasionally held at the park. It's a cool place to eat your lunch or have a date. It's common to see early morning and late evening walkers burning off calories as they walk or jog around the pond. The park is indeed one of Apopka's gems. I have been coming since 2013 and am still pleased. I really enjoyed the when there are various events held in the park.

It's the best place that the city of apoka decided to build. Just stop with the stupid blue advent health banners on the fence at baseball fields it blocks view of people sitting in outfield ther are ugly and useless.

Frequent these fields monthly. Lots of space for chairs and tents. Lots of parking.

Fantastic place to get some exercise! Clean bathrooms, an outside workout area and a water fountain if you need it. Lots of ducks in the pond to keep you company!

It was GREAT had a wonderful time the fireworks were awsome looking forward to next year

Went here for the Apopka 4th of July celebration. Very nice facility! Can't wait to go back and see it all in the daylight!

I absolutely love this place 😍

This is my field for softball! It's clean, organized and well put together. The concession stand is great and hardly ever run out of things, bathrooms are always clean (for the most part) and the stands have shades. They could use score boards on the softball fields and not just the baseball fields.😔

This is just a phenomenal park. They have a nice staff. A gentleman name Erik is very helpful and kind.

Terrific concert tonight as well as ongoing bbq competition. Lots of parking, clean facilities, and friendly people! A real gem!

Is there a public pool in the works?

The best park, environment n facilities. I wish we could swim at the retention pond.

It has a big open space and there are many recreational activities to do perform. Tennis, volleyball, basket ball, baseball and more.

I went to the Barbecue competition the other week and it was the first time I've been here. Great park for the family and well maintained.
