The UPS Store

The staff were so helpful and kind despite being very busy at the time I showed up. They let me use their cart for boxes from my car and they had staff on hand to help a customer that only spoke Spanish. They were friendly and joking with one another and really impressed me with their work ethic.

The staff was very attentive and quick. They also know how to put a smile on your face. Jerry is amazing. Thank you guys :)

The staff was so friendly and efficient to work with. I went in with a package needing to be shipped and they were able to help me get it ready to be sent out in less than 15 minutes, considering the long line of customers. I was very happy with their service and have continued to come here for any further packages that needed to be sent out.

The atmosphere inside the store was very welcoming and the staff was very friendly to me. I went to the store print out a resume for myself and the service was very quick and efficient. I was looking for a place that would print what I needed quickly before I had to go and this store was the right place. I would come to this store any time I need something whether it be for printing, packaging, and more. I would rate this place 10/10 and would recommend to others.

Hiral makes my job easy! Due to pandemic the office has been closed and transitioned to remote work. The team is still working on a solution to ship office supplies and work material. Hiral and her team have gone above and beyond to ship supplies and Christmas gifts to over a 100 employees at a time. The team is very happy to help and organized. I’m very grateful for service.

This is the only UPS Store that I will go to. Pan, The women working there in the afternoon, is super helpful and always accommodating to my shipping needs. She has a great attitude and is always willing to go above and beyond for her customers. She’s very quick and efficient as well. She handles multiple customers at once and is very knowledgeable about shipping prices times and always provides great customer service. I drive 20 min to this store when I have 1 right by my house and only go the times when she’s working. She even stayed late several times to help me get out large shipments for my boss. She is awesome!

The staff and service were exceptional. I needed to get a lamination done, and I was in and out within five minutes. Definitely one of the better UPS stores I’ve been to.

Just experienced an incredible job done by Pam. Store was very busy and this lady handled a number of people at one time with a
Smile on her face. She assisted an older gentleman with his package retrieving it from his car, and help another gentleman who had dropped his credit card outside store! She made my trip a delight! Thank You Pam for an excellent job!

What’s so special about this UPS store? The people who work there! I’ve had a business mailbox there going on 5 years now. The same key people work there everyday and are more like my team members than employees.
I so appreciate their dedication to making this the best UPS store ever!

Wonderful service and easy to talk to and work things out, got everything explained on how to return my package which was a big help since I’m new to returning items through delivery service.
