AT&T Store

Came in close to closing time on 2/2 and the rep (I forgot his name,sorry!) gave us all the possible options to trade in my phone, let us know about any discounts we could get or apply for, and offered and told me everything to do to set up my new phone and he made the process super fast and efficient

Ronaldo was excellent at tending to a store full of customers all at one time.
Everyone was greeted, welcomed, and comforted that they would be seen as quickly as possible.
He worked with multiple customers at once as well as holding down the entire store on his own all while maintaining his calm, pleasant demeanor and efficiency & effectively working through all questions & issues.
The store was light and bright but needs a good cleaning.
Also a note to management...the store smells like an old shoe when you walk in. That odor needs correcting.

Tanasia was amazing! She took the time to go over my plan, update it and find ways to save! This is my favorite store. They are always friendly and always take care of any issues.

I’m very excited about this store. The staff is very professional, especially the manager MissTanasia . You can’t get better help . Thank you Miss “T” for such kind an courteous service. They should have you teach the other staff and give you a needed merit raise.

The customer service was phenomenal! The Manager Tanasha was so helpful to so many people all at the same time. Multi-tasking at its finest!!! She held it down and I would hire her in a heartbeat!

I love this store location! , when I went Justice was so helpful and provided me excellent service . She was a sweetheart , and made sure that I had a great experience. She had such amazing energy, that made me want to return again. So, go to her for anything you need at the store because she will make sure you’re all squared away. She also new her stuff, and was very equipped in helping me find the best option for me, so that made everything more smooth for me. She took her time , and made sure I was comfortable with the decision I was making . AT&T need more people like Justice!

This store was amazing. I was greeted immediately with great positive energy. Everyone was all smiles. They are very competent and efficient at this location and answered all my follow up questions.They got me in and out within the hour without making me feel rushed. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. They will get your needs met in a timely manner 😊

Friendly, helpful staff! Great environment, quick service. Jeremy worked thru getting a new hotspot ordered for us. Ernie was very helpful as well! Great site, always come here for new and upgrades!

I had a great experience tonight , I went in about 6 and Ronaldo helped us and was very patient .. he even stayed to help me after the store was closed!!! I highly recommend this location

I am SO happy that I went to this particular AT&T Store. The representative that helped me was David. He was fabulous. I was there to add a line, which involved moving my existing number to a new phone I had purchased, and then putting the new line on my old phone. He accomplished my requested changes easily, and answered several questions. He was so nice, so knowledgeable and very efficient. He even assisted me in putting on my case and screen protector. His store Manager, Greg was there, too and was also friendly and helpful. I had read the customer reviews on this site and they were very good-- and VERY ACCURATE!

I worked with someone I believe named Justice and left feeling good about my purchases! Very kind woman, with helpful insight on the services and I had no buyers remorse when I scooped a little more than I was looking for lol. Thank you for suggesting my headphones! Justice helped me and my husband. It was right before closing time in the Apopka store this weekend. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. What great customer service! This company is lucky to have such a dedicated employee. I will be telling everyone I know to go to her. She made our visit top notch!! Thanks Justice! You are a pleasure to work with!
