For the past 4 years I've been patient of Dr.Dieguez at Vascardio Institute. Dr. Dieguez and the staff he's head of have showed an excellent levels of professionalism and knowledge. Because I'm going there to know my health status usually I don't pay attention to the waiting time (to visit any doctor's office one must organize the rest of the day because it's not a perfum shop). Crowded medical offices and prolonged waiting times happen in everywhere, not only at Vascardio Institute.

Quiero dejar constancia del buen trato y la profesionalidad del Dr Francisco Diéguez y del personal que trabaja en esta clínica.
Sus atenciones y cuidados me han permitido recuperarme muy satisfactoriamente de un serio proceso de dificultades con mi sistema circulatorio que estaba atentando contra el funcionamiento de mi corazón.
Su acertado y oportuno diagnóstico lo llevaron a determinar la necesidad de realizar un cateterismo que resultó un éxito y que me está permitiendo continuar satisfactoriamente con mis rutinas diarias.

This is the worst place ever, had an appointment today at 10am and its 2pm and I'm still waiting! There's the Corona pandemia and they have no restrictions on social distancing what so ever ppl are practically sitting on each others lap. I highly NOT recommend this place 😠

The Staff is not profesional!! They are not organized with the order of appointments and they don't have space between sits for social distance for the patients. Iam never coming back!!!

Para nada dudo de la profesionalidad con la que los doctores y otro personal trabaja, pero si es bueno recalcar que al llegar, el frio es insoportable( llevar abrigo) y por otro lado me pregunto para que hacen citas, en mi tercera visita, pese a llegar mucho mas temprano, la demora fue igual, de mucho mas de tres horas. Creo que deberían de tener en cuenta que las personas pese a estar enfermo tienen su tiempo planificado y a la hora de darte una cita a una hora determinada, ser lo mas cumplidor posible.

la demora en la atencion es exagerada, te citan a las 10, la doctora llega a las 11 y siendo las 12 aun la doctora no te ha atendido para tu cita.
Indudablemente deben mejorar su sistema de manejo de agenda.
