Hilton Garden Inn Palm Beach Gardens

Perfect for a couples retreat staycation! Great track around the lake for romantic walks, walking distance to eat. Very clean. Nice staff who wanted everything perfect. We went without the kids, there were some kids there who were quiet and behaved, ours are very high energy and may not have been a great fit there. There’s a pretty carousel right near by.

I recently stayed at the Hilton hotel in Palm Beach Gardens and was thoroughly impressed. Not only was it affordable, but the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and restful stay. With all the necessary amenities, it was the perfect hotel for a quick stopover on the road. Highly recommend!

Staying here for work, went down with the crew and was served by Haleigh. She did not disappoint. Great service and great food. BBQ wings were delicious!! Overall hotel was beautiful and clean. Cant wait to stay again.

They serve lunch! A very nice surprise. We had new England clam chowder, chicken wraps, salad, and hand cut steak fries. Scott was great server and answered our questions with a smile.

This is my second stay at this hotel. The staff are always pleasant and welcoming. There is a bar in the lobby, also a hotel restaurant. There is an outdoor pool and a gym. I always enjoy my stay here.

I went there to attend a colleague's wedding it was held outside in the gazebo it was very beautiful location inside we had the reception and the food was beyond delicious My wife tried the steak and I had the salmon and both of them were out of this world it was over an hour drive for me but I would consider driving there just to eat at their restaurant

Amazing! I could see the lake from my window. Every morning I went out for a run through the lake walk. There is a mini mall across the lake and the area is beautiful. The hotel facilities were so neat and cozy. Prices are fair and the service was very kind. My compliments!

Great location near shopping and restaurants but the hotel food was excellent and reasonably priced also. Beautiful grounds and clean comfortable rooms. Professional and friendly service!

What an amazing gem of a hotel. The check in staff were impeccable as my wife and I checked in. (Also the late night staff on our second day) But Scott the bartender made this staycation memorable. He was fantastic in his service and friendliness for the two days we were there. He even remembered our names. Our server on the second day was also very kind and personable.

Great stay at HGI PBG. Highly recommend staying here. Walking distance to several restaurants. Great drinks at the bar with Hayleigh, too. Ask for an absolut pear martini. Thanks for a fantastic trip!

Haleigh was such an amazing bartender. She was very helpful and gave us fun tips about the alcohol.

As a Hilton Diamond member I’ve stayed in numerous Hilton Garden Inns in approximately six states and I must say this is the best HGI I’ve ever stayed at. The room was spacious and includes a soaking tub. The room had added technology that allowed for limited room controls on my phone and personal devices could be screencast to the tv. Having my name as a greeting on the tv was a great personal touch. There was also a card in the room which asked my preferences for turn down service during my stay. The service at the front desk and the restaurant was impeccable. I ordered the chicken wings, the salad and an old fashioned to drink. The view of the lake from inside was beautiful, especially at sunset. Sandwiched between the mall and downtown Palm Beach Gardens, right off PGA Blvd & I95, you couldn’t ask for a better location. Better than all that? Plenty of up close parking! This is my new preferred spot to stay while in WPB for business and pleasure.

Rooms are very clean, bed for me is a bit too hard, shower had great pressure, and my view looked great.

The night time front desk was extremely helpful and she answered all the questions I had about the area.

This hotel has exceptional service. Kayla and David at the front desk are so helpful, professional and go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. The location is perfect, rooms are clean and updated. This was a wonderful stay. This time was for business next time will be for vacation. Thank you again!

Relatively brand new everyone is very hospitable a lot of amenities. As far as the restaurant goes, things that are complimentary for Hilton Honors. Swimming pool close to smalls and shopping and lots of restaurants.

Great location and team (ESPECIALLY Haleigh at Bar 3505 and David at Reception). Will certainly be back.

It's one of the best Hilton properties I have ever ever visited. I typically travel 9-10 months out of the year for work. I had nearly sworn off the Hilton properties as a whole due to poor customer service and run-down properties. This location did not suffer from any of those problems I typically encounter at other locations. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff and a well maintained facility.

My only negative observations were that the rooms seemed sparsely decorated (a small issue, to be fair). The Wigi at this hotel is awful. If you're a business traveler and try to work from your room, expect internet speeds from the early 2000s. The made to order omelets need a chef/cook who knows how to cook an omelet. Eggs should never be brown, period. They are over cooking the omelets, which is not a huge deal, except for the price of the breakfast. The potatoes seemed old. The bacon was not as crispy as you might like. These are small things but should be addressed at some point. For now, they should be sending Hilton managers from around the country to come and stay at one of their best properties to see how it's done.

The staff is THE best of the BEST. They will make you feel confortable, welcome. I will definetely try to stay with you more. Thank you and double thank you!!!
